9/10We really loved the lamb chops and XO siew mai but found the seaweed strip in the sushi rolls to be too soggy so it became tough to bite through. So it would be good if they could improve on that. Otherwise everything else was really nice.

5/10Food at A-Fusion was okay. Nothing more. Would expect much better for the price. Family of 4 cost 160+ Euro with everyone only drinking water.

4.5/10Cant believe that this has been mentioned in the Michelin guide. Some dishes are good but most are no better than an average Chinese dim sum Restaurant and some are much worse looking ke the overcooked lamb chops in an awful truffle saus and the rib eye beef cooked with a sauce made from heaven knows what. Gyozas also pretty appalling - bottom not crisis, top felt like rubber. Plates aren’t changed so you end up eating dishes that taste of the previous dish which may be from a totally different cuisine.. service was chaotic and most staff lacked any knowledge of the dishes. Queuing up to pay at one card machine rather than have hand held devices at the table was substandard in 2024 as was serving sashimi initially without pickled ginger and wasabi. Wasn’t terrible and is obviously doing something right as it was packed but overall a very underwhelming experience. In its defence it wasn’t that expensive.

7.5/10The food, the ambience and service were all good. But they give you 2 hours time at the table, which is also ok, if they don't keep hovering around you to take your dishes away. That was very stressful. In the end, we almost gulped our last bit of food and left. That took away the fine dinning experience.

10/10Great quality of sushi with just enough umami where it’s just the right amount of flavor not to mention and the ambiance was very nice. Would definitely come back again!

9.5/10Lovely food, easy location, only one bathroom for men and women so meant a queue at times. Also, took a while to get the bill - otherwise would recommend 100%

10/10Welcomed by friendly staff, traditional decor, pleasant energy about the place and easy to use ordering system. We both said that was some of the best food we have ever tasted. The Rock n Roll sushi rolls are the most exquisite I have ever had. The Kremser Goldberg worked well with our choices too. Can't wait to return here when we are next in Amsterdam.

9/10Amazing food in what seems like a non-desirable area near red lights district. Prawns, Korean Beef and salmon nigiri w gin broth were phenomenal. Dumplings are the best.

6/10We heard so much about this place and were so looking forward to it. But it was a huge disappointment! The food was so over-seasoned and sweet. It made us feel nauseous. It was outrageously expensive for what you get. The ratio of quality and price don't match. It's not worth repeating!

4.5/10Really bad food! All of us were shocked it’s in the Michelin guide. The standard of the dishes was so poor! The duck fat on the duck was soggy. The sushi was mediocre. The dumplings tasted strange. We all love asian food but this was a real disappointment.
