10/10The best meal we had in Paris. Charming restaurant with fantastic service by the couple who owns the restaurant. The fish was fresh, the strters were lovely and the suggestions by the lovely lady who served us were excellent. We will surely visit A La Couple every time we come back to Paris as it is so convenient to Port Maillot Metro station.

8/10Very nice food in a quiet corner off the avenue Charles de Gaulle. We were late arriving and feared the kitchen would close before we were through but the staff remained calm and welcoming without making us feel hurried. Beware the English menu though - both cod and haddock are actually salted fish, but not translated as such.

10/10My wife and I arrived and were quickly seated and given beautiful handwritten menus. We ordered the steak for two, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. It was perfectly cooked, flavorful, and the pepper sauce that came with it was magical. And don’t get me started on those amazing potatoes. We were convinced to try the cream puff dessert and were delighted with that as well. Please do yourself a favor and make a trip here whenever possible, you will not be disappointed.

9.5/10What a lovely experience. The hostess/waitress humored my poor french (and spoke perfect english), gave excellent advice on what to order, and was attentive without being invasive. I had their housemade foie gras (excellent) and a special of quail fillets in a morel sauce (also excellent) and baked apples for dessert (fine, but I would not order again). The hostess gave me a complimentary snifter of calvados for after the dessert. Given its proximity to the metro, even if I do not stay in this neighborhood. in the future, I will make a point of dining here again.

10/10This family restaurant is a perfect place to taste traditional french cuisine, as well as to enjoy the best service and attitude of the lady (sorry we haven’t asked her name), who was welcoming us, gave recommendations and treated us like a real mum :-) Our experience was excellent! Thanks a lot!

10/10A gem of a family restaurant we found with Tr Adv, near our hotel at Porte Maillot,Husband/wife team;Small about 10 tables so reserve if poss;Excellent variety of well cooked food in local styles Wines very affordable

7.5/10Nearly empty at lunchtime due to building works nearby and scaffolding outside. Otherwise a nice and comfortable little bistro with decent quality food.

9.5/10A small room , but you can speak without other tables listening on you, and relatively quiet too, really good French cuisine and a very nice welcome. I was just a bit disappointed in our table position between toilet door and kitchen door, did not enjoyed my lunch as much I should have considering the quality of the good.

9/10Very good food and nice restaurant. Our meal was very good: foie gras (their speciality) and very tasty duck. We came several times and it is always a pleasure to eat here.
