It is such a warm and friendly place. The owners are wonderful and kind and the food is delicious. When I come to Paris, it is one of my favorite go-to restaurants.

Once again the food was top notch & Genevieve was so helpful and friendly. She helped us chose the perfect wine to compliment our meal. Not to miss: the chocolate fondant desert. Absolutely delicious.

The food was excellent! The morue (cod) dish was a specialty and it lived up to the advertising. We did ask for some vegetables (extra) that balanced the cod dish well . Desserts (shared fig and chocolate terrine dishes) were a real treat. Note that if booking with a Fork discount there are certain dishes and the blackboard menu it doesn’t apply to. Altogether an enjoyable evening

I had a dinner with some friends and we enjoyed it to the max. Cosy friendly atmosphere , our host very helpful and kind and the cuisine incredibly tasty. Great food , great wine. I will come back.

Perfect Parisian bistro specialising in foie gras - offering fish and vegetarian options too. Husband and wife team - he cooks and she serves, providing a warm and welcoming ambiance. Good wine list and calm environment.

Highly, highly recommended. If you’re looking for an authentic and delightfully presented restaurant, serving beautifully cooked, fresh food this is the place for you. This is a really special and hugely enjoyable dining experience. The food was so fresh, you could tell it had been cooked there and then, lovingly prepared and absolutely delicious. The service was very personal and courteous and perfect on every level. We had the snails, a perfectly cooked steak with Boulanger potatoes and an exquisite dish with mushroom and morels in a yummy creamy sauce with crispy puff pastry on the top. Followed by sautéed figs in a caramel sauce with home made caramel ice cream and nougatine - again made by the chef on site. I bought a bag to take home! The pricing was very fair not expensive and worth every penny and we also had some great wine. This was by far the best dining experience we had during our week in Paris. If we’d found it sooner we would have been back every night!

Incredible service and courtesy by the owners, amazing food and cozy place. The best restaurant experience I had in Paris, both in quality as in quantity. Totally recommend it! Just book your place because there aren’t many tables!

The service was as good as it gets. by far the most interactive and, truly, caring server. Every bite of the food was eaten. Delicious!

The best meal we had in Paris. Charming restaurant with fantastic service by the couple who owns the restaurant. The fish was fresh, the strters were lovely and the suggestions by the lovely lady who served us were excellent. We will surely visit A La Couple every time we come back to Paris as it is so convenient to Port Maillot Metro station.

Very nice food in a quiet corner off the avenue Charles de Gaulle. We were late arriving and feared the kitchen would close before we were through but the staff remained calm and welcoming without making us feel hurried. Beware the English menu though - both cod and haddock are actually salted fish, but not translated as such.
