6/10The food was ok, however we noticed (unfortunately only after paying and leaving the restaurant) that the Fork discount wasn’t applied. While it is true that we were in a hurry leaving, we still believe it is the restaurant’s responsibility to make sure the reservation and the details around it are applied.

4.5/10We were made to wait over 1 hour for our reservation. There was a big crowd at the restaurant, which has very limited seating space. The servers were nice enough to send out some complimentary sangria while we were waiting outside. And also let us order some snacks. However, we found the food quality to be poor. The prawns were overcooked, the croquettes were bland, and the pork toasties were average. As a result of this, we left after eating out snacks, even though our table was ready by then. There are much better restaurants like Vivo, Paco Mergalo and others in walking distance of this area, which have significantly better food. The ratings for this restaurant are misleading.

9/10Paella with octopus was quite salty, but very tasty (consider I like salty dishes). Ceviche was nice, but too much vinegar. Cod was crispy outside and tender inside - like. It’s not too much space there, but maybe it’s me who still can’t get used to small BCN restaurants. The bar looks great though! Service was nice, with some space for improvement. But the place was very loud and busy, so it’s understandable.

7/10Busy restaurant, food is good. Service is bizarre, feels like the owners have instructed the wait staff to pursue positive reviews above all else. 5 different wait staff serviced our table, two of whom on their first night. They were all great, however it lead to confusion as to what we had or hadn't ordered. Glitch in the Q-code menu meant we somehow ordered an item that was not available at this restaurant- confusion again. At the end of the meal two wait staff handed a card to us and pleaded for a good review, which seemed to more important to them than if we had actually enjoyed the night.

10/10We were able to meet the Executive Chef, he gave us amazing recommendations. Also shou out to Santi! It was his second dat but he did a great job!

9.5/10Very nice food, delicious and good portions - we had the seafood paella and lamb shoulder. Excellent service; Roque was friendly and efficient. Small, cozy venue - could have been a little warmer is all. Highly recommend!

2/10I went to this restaurant because of the reviews, but it looks like it was recently bought by Chinese owners. It's a super tiny place with a lot of not-so-nice staff. The girl—maybe a waitress, maybe the owner—was chewing gum like a cow while greeting guests. The menu is only available on the phone, and there was a strong smell coming from the kitchen

4.5/10Despite calling to notify we will be 15min late, restaurant marked us as no show and made it seem like they are doing us a favour after booking for a large table for a birthday dinner. Little space in restaurant with waiters bumping into you all the time. Food was good, ambience not good

4.5/10Honestly, I am truly disappointed. When arriving we were immediately told that despite us being 15 min earlier than reserved, we had to leave after 90 min for the next round of customers to come. What an entrance! The waiter that was appointed was good. His boss with the pony tail was just focused on making money and has no idea what it is of running a restaurant. The service was overall very poor. As an example, removing plates while eating?? The food is 100% overpriced and the quality so so. To be truly honest, their canalon de rustido and their fried shrimps were great! Their thai salmon, their pincho with "pulpo" and even their cheesecake were of basic/poor quality while asking a premium. Nothing special! I dont understand why this restaurant is getting a 4.8 in reviews! Last but not least..before leaving and still being 30 min within our timeframe, our pony tail waiter rather gave us the desert for free than us being able to order 2 more glasses of wine....puhhhh. 7.5/10Food and service were good but we felt pressure to eat fast (serving was very fast and plates should have come in a different order) as the restaurant was very busy and the waiter told us they are implementing a rule of 1h15 max per table.

10/10This place will not be to everyone’s taste as it is very traditional and you have to be willing to sit very close to other diners. If that isn’t an issue and you are happy to use a QR code to access the menu and you are content with a relatively short menu then head for this place that is busy, noisy, full of life and produces amazing dishes - the beef cheeks were historic as was the baked cheesecake. We absolutely loved it and tried to book again for the Saturday night - the waiter just laughed. As we left on the Friday night around 21:45 they were queuing for a table.

6.5/10We had made a reservation for 21.15 and they accepted us into the restaurant half an hour later because there was no available seat. We waited in the cold for half an hour. Its price does not correspond to the restaurant . Very small shop with very few seats. Our clothes smelled of the smells of the food because the kitchen was very close to the customers. The only consolation was that the dishes they served us were very good.

5/10Decent food but overpriced. Prices 40% higher than comparable restaurants, so 30% TheFork discount was pointless. Service was terrible: rude, inattentive, and general poor attitude. Worst experience of a week of dining in Barcelona.

4.5/10In a group of 5, to be pressured to eat and leave in 1:30 hour on a Saturday night, is outrageous. I don't care if the restaurant is small, I'm paying 24 euros for a tapa dish, I want reasonable time to enjoy food and friends. Besides that, if we want to have individual plates, the paella CANNOT arrive after all the other dishes. Making half of the table who ordered paella to look while you eat whilst the wait. There is no time to relax and enjoy, the waiters are always pressuring you to order, asking if you finished. Food is good, but not fantastic to deal with all this discomfort.

4.5/10They were prompt with letting us be seated . The meal was rushed and rather heavy overall . The ambience lacked energy and overall it was just ok. Food did come out promptly but fell flat for the most part. Decided to make reservations because of other ratings but was overall disappointed.

2/10We arrived in time for our booking at 20.45 (which I had been asked to confirm twice online) to be told that we would probably have to wait 20 minutes or more for our table as the party before us were celebrating a birthday and some guests had arrived late so they were waiting for them to finish so they could bring out birthday cake. We said we would wait and got a drink but after half an hour we could see they were still serving food to the party and there was now a queue of people waiting far tables they had also booked. The waiters tried to set up a table on the roadside for us when we complained but we could see people around us who had done this weren’t receiving any service so we decided to go elsewhere. We were only in Barcelona for the weekend and family had travelled to meet us for the evening and it spoiled our evening. Please don’t take bookings that you can’t fulfil.

2/10There was a large group which nearly took up the whole Restaurant. There was no table for us. We said we come back in 30 mins. We came back, we got ignored, and dis not get to celebrate the birthday how we wanted to. Thank you for nothing
