For the service, the restaurant refused to seat us earlier than our reservation time despite having several empty tables. Regarding the meal, it was overpriced for what we received (€77). The side dish for the main course was disappointing - a single half tomato to share between two people. Additionally, the dish lacked sauce; we requested some, but it never arrived. As for the ambiance, the restaurant was crowded and noisy, far from relaxing. Overall, it’s a very basic restaurant and definitely not worth the price we paid.

Great evening! We spent awesome time in this lovely restaurant, All the dishes were 100% authentic and delicious (my wife is turkish). The waiter Selcuk did a great job .

8.5/10Don't buy wine here. The food is really good but the wine has not been stored properly and is sharp - no problem if you don't drink wine - food is great.

9/10We had the set menu and enjoyed a collection of very tasty dishes. The hospitality was very nice as we were able to sit back and the set menu was brought to us at a good pace, allowing us to both enjoy the meal and each other's company. The breads were excellent, and I enjoyed the spicy beef/lamb meat dish.

4.5/10The restaurant did not have my fork reservation but found me a table. Our menu choices were altered under the advice of the waiter, and the options suggested were expensive. We opted for one of the choices, which was extremely overpriced and in no way worth it. We paid €100 euros for an average meal. Would not recommend the restaurant, sadly.

The lamb chops were delicious. Şaşlık was good. The kebap was probably the best we had in Netherlands. Cig kofte was ok. Tulum, Girit Efesi were very good as well. The bread they serve is also warm and tasty. A bit pricey but if you miss Turkish Kebab, you may overlook the prices once a month.

6/10The staff was very harsh to us. I have been there at least 7 times it is the first time i got treated so badly. I recommend the management to track their staff behavior. They were serving us in a hurry answering in a hurry as if they were telling us eat fast and felt the hell out of here. Normally i tip up to 30% this is the first time I decided not to tip and I left the restaurant angry.

6.5/10I was very happy with the ambiance and service, especially the long haired man smiling person which is good. but the food has serious problems with the taste. With such a taste, it is impossible for them to hold on to the competition in Turkey.

6/10A bit disappointing since the prices are really high but taste is below average. We had to sent back our kebab since it wasnt cooked. Mezes (tapas) were ok, but definitely not the traditional taste. We paid €80 p.p. and i personally wouldnt go again.

One of the dishes (beyti) we ordered was not available instead of the one we ordered they brought to us another dish we did not order and when we asked they said we brought you the « Gevrek » because the beyti is not available. Really shocked we haven’t been informed and they decide what they can bring instead of telling us. Also the « replacement » plate was 3 euros more than the initial one we have ordered and we also paid the 3 euros more. They literally did not make any effort for their mistake but again they never applied haha . Never seen that before !

10/10Great Hosts! Lovely place right on Herengracht - very central, but still like a secret place. The food doesn’t need any recommend, because it speaks for itself - trust me. If you like charcoal grilled meat and veggies - go there. Staff is very attentive and polite. I’ll be there at least once, every tome I’m in Amsterdam.

5/10We arrived on a late flight and therefore booked for 10pm which was accepted by the restaurant. However when we arrived we were rushed to order with bad explanations about the food and one item ordered did not arrive. They could not wait for us to finish and leave. If they cannot accommodate you late at night they should not accept the booking.

9/10Very good Turkish restaurant with excellent service. We had a platter of grilled lamb with bulghur wheat, mixed salad and freshly made thin bread. There is a good selection of wine and a few beers.

2/10The food was ok and the quantity is small and yet very expensive and they just serve what you order but if you go to other Turkish restaurants they give you bread and sauces. The staff are not flexible and not friendly, We reserved a table for 2 and eventually we sat at the bar even though we made a reservation yesterday and there were some empty tables. Also we were fasting and we asked the waiter for tap water to break our fast and he justed mentioned straight to us NO, you must purchase water if you need it!! To be honest I don’t recommend this place go to a proper place that appreciates the people coming to them

4.5/10Probably the least tasty Turkish food I’ve had and the worst value for money. Small portions and way above the average price for food around the city. In the bill they added two bottles of wine rather than the two glasses we ordered which if i would not have checked would have gone unnoticed. Maybe i should rate it even lower.
