5.5/10We had a reservation @ 6:30 & we’re seated @ 6:50, in an empty restaurant. It would best to not offer a reservation time when you open, if you’re not able to accommodate the time. When waiting outside for to be seated in the restaurant, a bottle of wine was brought to another couple, who arrived after us and we were not offered anything. We still waited at least another five minutes, before being seated. Both of our stone steaks were extremely salty, which I told the server, . The majority of the staff should perhaps consider not being in the service industry. A smile goes a long way. The entire experience was a disappointment.

2/10Food was ok but took ages. Loud buzzing noise for majority of visit and no apologies or explanation. Took an hour and a half to get served. Service was apaulling. Slow and extremely rude! Will not go again . Very overrated. Only want rich people as even stated we have people coming in after you who spend money. We spent £400 pound !

Dear Kathryn Although we consider your criticism very unfair. We Will use it to improve and correct what we understand is justified. Regarding hour visit, there a few things to looks at. Your order was placed on the kitchen at 8,35 PM and you left the restaurant até 9,56 PM after two courses being served. I took first round off drinks off the Bill in consideration of the wait outside. As well the lamb dish after was mentioned that was salty. And the Bill was 217€. Regardind being rude...after 11 years and Over 160,000 covers, I've never had such a complaint. Best regards. Valdemar Guerreiro

10/10Excellent friendly service. Steak on the stone superb with 3 sauces, mushroom, bbq and peppercorn. Chips were ok but maybe offer a salad alternative and a blue cheese sauce? Will definitely go again and would recommend to any steak lovers.

10/10We were met at the door and offered a real warm welcome. Our experience throughout the evening was one off “this is a nice place to eat and that time did not matter”. All the staff were excellent and the attention to detail was very good. The food was exquisite. The Allbeef Restaurante was a superb recommendation from a friend of ours. The restaurant is lovely, the steak (we shared the Tomahawk) was very good. The service was excellent, just the right amount of attention with knowledge of the food and the wine. I would highly recommend this place for steak lovers.

Family dinner we have been going to all beef for years it is a must have when we visit Portugal. From the warm welcome at the door , the great choice of wines and the best part is the beef. If you have a chance to experience this don’t miss out on it
