Lots of chaos with our order... Forgetting about some meals and then waiting ages to eat. Don't ever go before dinner time cause chef in the kitchen is different and prepares fish and seafood incorrectly. One of our fish, as an example, was put on a cold frying pan and fish absorbed lots of oil so it was disgusting and wasn't eaten. Also, in the beginning they served raw fish...so we needed to ask them to cook it longer. Fish soup is pretty bad there so if you're looking for one, I'd go elsewhere. Service is also pretty poor and rude. I wouldn't come back there and would not recommend it as food is below average these days.... Hopefully it will change together with a service...

The food came out at very different times. My daughter had finished her pizza before we had even been served. The monkfish kebab was cold and the fish was dry, the wedges were very dry. Husband’s steak was good and meal was warm. Waiters didn’t communicate well and they forgot the water for the table but still tried to charge us for it. Disappointing for our last meal in the Algarve and wouldn’t return in a hurry.

The food was good and very reasonable. We had to book a very early time so there wasn't many people in but it soon filled up. We have been there before and would definitely going again.

Restaurante Mistral is situated a little off the seafront and benefits from free parking outside. The restaurant was comparatively busy for the time of year compared to others that we visited this week. Service was prompt and friendly and the menu offering and food was good.
