10/10We visited on a short trip to Paris to celebrate our 10year wedding anniversary. I found Amália through the Fork app as it mentioned they were willing to adjust their menu for allergens. My wife is a coeliac and and unfortunately not many restaurants of this quality are willing to alter their menus! Fortunately for us Amalia are one of the few and we were excited to visit especially with the previous reviews which were excellent and also the fantastic images on their socials. Our expectations were high and were thoroughly met! We were welcomed and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and being able to glimpse into the kitchen as the chefs prepared the food. The flavours and variety were excellent and I particularly enjoyed the Veal Tartare and the Black Garlic petit dessert which were outstanding. Service was excellent and it was great to have some of the courses delivered by the chefs themselves; Cecilia and Eugenio who also had time to chat. Would love to go back if ever in Paris again!

6.5/10The taste was average, nothing extraordinary. Quite overpriced for the quality of the experience. I would not go back.

10/10Amalia, is run by duo of Eugenio Anfuso and Cecilia Spurio, this French-Italian restaurant is barely eight months old. Eugenio's the head chef in the kitchen, Cecilia makes the desserts, and both boast pedigrees from three-star Michelin restuarants. I opted for the 8-course tasting menu with wine pairings, and let me tell you, it was a symphony of flavor. Each dish was a masterpiece, both visually and on the palate. Scallop gnocchi with pancetta that melted in your mouth, king crab risotto with the unexpected sweetness of coconut, foie gras pasta that was pure decadence. Cecilia is a magician with the desserts. Federico, the young sommelier and waiter was passionate about the food and wine. His pairings were spot-on, enhancing every bite. Amalia is more than just a meal - it's an experience. Romantic, intimate, and bursting with culinary creativity. This place is destined for greatness. One Michelin star or maybe two are coming.

10/10The food and wine pairings were both exceptional. The staff was professional, attentive, and friendly. Every aspect of the evening was excellent. (The pasta was just a little too al dente for my taste.)

9.5/10Fine dining quality food and very good service at a reasonable price. Great value! Some of the dishes were truly unique, with a couple of amuses delivering explosive flavors that were delightful. We also found the gnocchi and spider crab dishes unique and exquisite. That said, the spider crab dish at AT is better.
