We’ve spent the past two weeks in Naples, visiting from the UK and exploring many restaurants around the Chiaia district — and this one stands out as one of the very best. The menu is wonderfully varied, with something to suit every taste, and the food is simply delicious. I especially recommend the entrecôte with arugula — cooked to absolute perfection and bursting with flavour. The service is equally outstanding. The wait staff are courteous, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A special mention goes to Tamo, who was an absolute gentleman and a true pleasure to chat with. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Naples, and I’m already looking forward to returning on our next trip.

Roberto, the Maitre D’, was very charming and enthusiastic; and he was backed up by a good team. Food excellent - the pasta and seafood was cooked beautifully; and there were great flavours. A really varied menu with lots of interesting choices - the seafood and fish was outstanding.

The service initially was a bit chaotic and staff appeared inexperienced and unsure of what the routine for welcoming guests and seating them was. However, it was the first booking slot for the evening. When Roberto, team lead i presume, arrived it all became fantastic. If I was rating on purely his charm it would be a 5. Starters were excellent; I would recommend a selection of starters to share and drinks. The main we had were just good, portions are not typically generous Italian quantities. Complimentary prosecco on arrival a bit sweet so avoid if your taste runs to dry. Grissini delicious and Tiramisu good. Cost is significant but as I used a booking app which gave a discount it was fine. I think this is aimed at younger couples judging by decor. It was fine but it could be excellent with a few tweaks to menu and service. If the restaurant and food lived up to the charisma of Roberto it would be a must do Naples destination.

This is an outstanding restaurant serving Modern Italian cuisine very well. The atmosphere is buzzing and service is excellent. The dishes are original and interesting, and the chef could clearly prepare fish perfectly. Portions are not large but we still left full. The night we were there was one of their four music nights in the summer when they have musicians and a traditional dancer. This made the evening more special. Prices are reasonable for a restaurant of this standard and the wine list and cocktail prices are similar to other restaurants in Naples. Booking is essential.

We had a truly memorable lunch at this charming restaurant in Naples. We booked through TheFork and were pleasantly surprised by how smoothly the discount was applied — a very thoughtful touch. From the moment we arrived, Robenio provided outstanding service. His strong recommendation of the bao as our main dish was absolutely spot on — flavorful, creative, and truly memorable. Throughout the meal, he checked in with genuine care, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The spaghetti alle vongole was perfectly balanced and the pork dish, although a side, was very well made. Thanks to Robenio’s professionalism and warmth, this dinner became one of the highlights of our time in Naples. Highly recommend both the food and the team at Amiro!

The restaurant was absolutely beautiful, the staff were the kindest we’ve had in Napoli so far, and the food… wow!! The mozzarella aversana was heavenly, the tiramisu was incredibly light and rich, and the spaghetto allé vongole was probably the best I’ve ever had! 10/10 experience and a must visit in Napoli!

Naples is blessed with great restaurants but this was the pick of the bunch on my trip. The food was exceptional and very reasonably priced for the quality (Lemon Gnocchi was a highlight!) but the ambience and service made it extra special. I was slightly delayed for a late reservation but was made to feel very welcome and in no way rushed, quite the opposite! Highly recommended.

We enjoyed a very good dinner with nicely composed and flavored dishes. I personally enjoyed the gnocchi al limone most. The restaurant is stylish and contrasts a bit the typical Neapolitan restaurant we visited before. A special shout out goes to the team: They were very attentive and empathetic- especially when I realized that I forgot my mobile phone in the taxi. They managed to find and contact the taxi driver who finally came back to the restaurant with my phone. In the meantime the service team did everything to make this a memorable evening despite the stress.

What an incredible experience! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was even better if that’s possible! They’ve created such a unique atmosphere, complete with the most festive and fun live music! I loved the attention to detail with the logos on the glasses and cutlery holders, as well as their own branded tambourines so everyone can join in the fun! 100% recommend visiting this spot if you are in Napoli!

I came here with my husband, and Roberto received us, he speaks Spanish and explained everything to us. He was very welcoming and kind to us. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was exceptional. This is my first time in Italy and in this restaurant the service was special, Roberto would smile and ask if everything was ok respectfully during our dinner time, he is one of the nicest in all the restaurants we have gone so far in Italy. Roberto was the best. He would recommend us a delicious vegetarian dish, and he would also invite us to a limoncello for us to try it. There was also a DJ playing nice music. We will come back to this place, thank you Roberto!

The service was attentive for the first 1/2 hr, then scarce. Only 4 tables so it wasn’t that. Only 3 dishes on the 2nd course meal, I had the beef. It was ok, but not what I expected from this highly rated place. My wife’s calamari was cold.
