Roberto the maitre'd/server/only person who had a clue was very personable but you can't do everything! Food was horrible and poorly presented. Plates were dropped at different times. Seemed to be a hack operation. Ordered Se Bass presented with skin side up. Not crispy enough to eat skin which also still had scales on it. Veggies were way over cooked and soggy like they have been sitting in a holding pan waiting foe plate assembly. Disappointed at best.

We had an amazing evening at Amiro in Naples! The food was fantastic—flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The staff, led by Roberto, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. A big highlight was the fun singing and dancing performance. We’ll definitely be back next time we're in Naples!

Amiro was quite a pleasant experience in beautiful Naples. Raffaella was the most gracious host and took time to share notes about the food and beverages, all of which were great in taste and presentation.

We’ve spent the past two weeks in Naples, visiting from the UK and exploring many restaurants around the Chiaia district — and this one stands out as one of the very best. The menu is wonderfully varied, with something to suit every taste, and the food is simply delicious. I especially recommend the entrecôte with arugula — cooked to absolute perfection and bursting with flavour. The service is equally outstanding. The wait staff are courteous, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A special mention goes to Tamo, who was an absolute gentleman and a true pleasure to chat with. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Naples, and I’m already looking forward to returning on our next trip.

Roberto, the Maitre D’, was very charming and enthusiastic; and he was backed up by a good team. Food excellent - the pasta and seafood was cooked beautifully; and there were great flavours. A really varied menu with lots of interesting choices - the seafood and fish was outstanding.

The service initially was a bit chaotic and staff appeared inexperienced and unsure of what the routine for welcoming guests and seating them was. However, it was the first booking slot for the evening. When Roberto, team lead i presume, arrived it all became fantastic. If I was rating on purely his charm it would be a 5. Starters were excellent; I would recommend a selection of starters to share and drinks. The main we had were just good, portions are not typically generous Italian quantities. Complimentary prosecco on arrival a bit sweet so avoid if your taste runs to dry. Grissini delicious and Tiramisu good. Cost is significant but as I used a booking app which gave a discount it was fine. I think this is aimed at younger couples judging by decor. It was fine but it could be excellent with a few tweaks to menu and service. If the restaurant and food lived up to the charisma of Roberto it would be a must do Naples destination.
