6.5/10Overall disappointing. More a trendy restaurant than really a good food restaurant. Some dishes were OK some were bad ( Ramen far too sweet and inedible). We are a family of French/Japanese/English and do also live some of the year in Italy so we have a fair amount of experience with food and dining. The actual location and setting is nice although very dark in the main dining room ( I love low lighting but this was more nightclub dinning lighting). The staff were pleasant but lacked a personal touch. They did not seem they were happy being there. Overall best to avoid if want a good food experience. I’m sure fine for drinks and Tapas in the front garden during summer months.

Went here with some expectations based on reviews across the internet, but the place failed to live up to the same. The service levels were all right but not exceptional in any sense. The ambience was great with multiple areas suiting multiple moods and the music being great. However the food which was supposed to be the star of the show was a damp squib. From the giant sized unbalanced tamaki roll to the punch-less ceviche the appetizers largely disappointed. The prawns gyoza was nothing exceptional. The salmon roll was the only interesting item in the appetizers. In the mains the two pasta dishes we ordered both could be called average at best. The tempura was extremely disappointing with fat squid pieces being inedible while the prawns and vegetables were done ok. The cocktails though were very nice - their negroni with mezcal was a rosita at heart and their old fashioned packed a punch as it should. Their take on the yuzu gimlet was very delicious. A drinks only places for me.

8.5/10Overall it was nice experience. The overall ambiance of the restaurant’s garden was relaxing, lovely and enjoyable. But the quality of the restaurant is not stable - neither in food, nor in service. Some dishes were really interesting tasting experience with unusual mixture of flavors and textures. But some dishes were simply unfortunate. Same with the service. Some waiters/waitresses were really good. But one waitress was serving dishes without explaining what was on the plate and how it was cooked (like “here it is”), and even was pouring Champaign into my glass without showing the lable on the bottle (I had to ask separately). This definitely spoilt the overall impression.

The presentation of the dishes is very beautiful! However, the quality of the ingredients is unfortunately poor: the meat required a lot of chewing and the ghezzi with vegetables were very, very fatty!!!

They expect you to but for 100 € each, and finish the meal within 45 minutes ! After one your they start looking at you, you Should leave now? By the way, the food was ok.

+1Food was unimpressive. My Pad Thai was lacking flavor and over sweet. The cauliflower was nice. Wine chosen by the glass was very good. Service and comfort were pretty good.

Interesting food - well presented- a fusion of Japanese and Italian. Great service too. Easy to find in the old town. A pleasing change from standard pasta and assorted sauces. Not that cheap, but worth it. Ambiance is cool and ‘young’

10/10A lovely restaurant off the beaten track/ tourist hotspot that serves different food to the usual pasta and pizza which is delicious. The staff were friendly helpful and attentive. We had a lovely evening and can highly recommend this restaurant.
