Everything was perfect. If I had to nuance a bit my observation I would say that an improvement related to wine advisory could be done (not at the same level as last year in the other restaurant of the building).

Delicious, surprising, innovative, and elegant. A masterful, memorable meal. A twenty-year resident of Los Angeles who ate sushi and Japanese food of all styles at least once a week while living there and at all the best sushi bars and restaurants, who began eating sushi in 1976 at age 13, and who has eaten sushi and omakase meals of many styles in Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, San Francisco, New York, Miami, London, Paris, this was one of the best.
