nice, cozy spot for colombian food, with excellent service. with the discount it's a great deal, two people can eat for 12€ each and be full. El guipa (yuca dough stuffed with meat/egg) and guisadita (potato stuffed with meat/egg) were delicious. the picada andina, however, did not taste good. maybe I'm not used to this type of meat, but none of the various types of meat tasted good, somethings were funky, in a bad way. the morcilla was incredibly dry and tasted off as well, we couldn't eat more than one bite. stick to the piqueos/platos and avoid the picada.
