Cibulet has a nice vibe. The salad appetizer was tasty as was the mushroom-meat ravioli. The main course, a shrimp risotto dish was tasty and good to share but could have used a few more shrimp. The dessert, molten chocolate with mini pretzels was a bit disappointing. Maybe desserts just aren’t their thing.

We had a lovely experience at El Cibulet. The food was very good, with creative fusion flavors, but what impressed us even more was the service. The chef personally came to our table and explained the dishes, which made the evening feel truly special. Overall, it was a beautiful experience and we will most likely come back again.

Tried this spot in Barcelona and overall it was a great experience. The food was genuinely delicious. Everything we ordered was flavorful and felt a bit different from the usual, which made it even more enjoyable. One thing that caught us off guard was that they charged for the takeaway container without mentioning it beforehand. Not a huge deal, but it would have been better to know in advance. I would still recommend coming here, especially if you are up for trying dishes you have never had before. That was easily the highlight of the meal.

The restaurant felt a bit like it was trying too hard to be fancy upscale dining, however the quality and plating of the dishes did not match. The vedella irlandesa (steak entree) did not taste of good quality and was incorrectly cooked, it was very chewy. The steak tartare was cut nicely but it lacked seasoning, at least a bit of salt would’ve made it much better. The tataki, tartare de gambas, and raviolis crocante were tasty and the dishes I enjoyed most. Aside from the food, the service was great, from Kevin specifically. He was very kind and gave great wine recommendations. They also have delicious kombucha which is nice if you want something non-alcoholic aside from water.

Pero queríamos cometar que la carne se come de esa manera ya que lleva un marinado, es un plato que lo tenemos desde hace 6 años, su sabor es el que tenía, pueda ser que no fuera de su agrado o le sorprendió el sabor y por eso comentó lo que dice. Pueo comentarle a kevin sin problemas , y le hubiéramos explicado cualquier duda que tuviera, incluyendo el steak tartar, como puede ver grandes valoraciones sobre el mismo. No ha que tener miedo a decir nos las cosas, que prefieren comer a gusto o irse molestos por algo que hubiera tenido solución. Somos todos buenas personas y creo podemos comunicarnos. Si decide volver tenga en cuenta esto. Nosotros le esperaremos para que nos dé una nueva oportunidad.

Service was excellent, the waiter was very understanding of me not being able to speak Spanish and was very accommodating- the chefs brought over mains and explained the dishes. I was completely blown away by the Gnocchi Gorgonzola- absolutely amazing. This was the best bites of food I had in my stay in Barcelona. Cibulet is an absolute must return for me. This restaurant is on the pricier side, definetly worth it- would not have been surprised if it was more expensive. Thank you for the food!

Had a great meal. The owner Toni’s passion and dedication to the art of cooking really shon through in the conversation we had. Being vegetarian is always a limitation for me, eating out in Barcelona, but i was offered a couple of things not even on the menu. I went for the mushroom lasagne and the tiramisu with a delicious twist and was really impressed with both! 👌🏽⭐️

amazing restaurant with awesome food and friendly host. Toni is a great chef and we loved the food and service a lot. the coconut risotto and ravioli with figs is a must. the ox meals was a melt in the mouth experience. overall a must to eat in restaurant. highly recommend

food was good and the waitress very nice and professionally but overall organization a disaster : something was burned to strong smell, very cold with no heating, food took long to arrive, bread very late, starters after main dish... really disappointed

Just amazing. Highly recommend. The food has a Mediterranean outlook. If you like that, it’s a fission take on the food. The chef and the lady who will serve you are extremely sweet. Even offered us extra dessert on the house!
