Simply stunning. If you are a devotee of Josh Niland or simply understand how fish should be treated and prepared you will love this restaurant

The food was interesting and some dishes were really delicious, but we got two inedible objects in the food - a piece of black wire in the risotto and a string of synthetic thread in the brioche. We got a discount as an apology from the restaurant, but still this is not what you would expect from a restaurant in the Michelin list, especially twice during one dinner.

I’m from Sicily but I live in Denmark. I’m just truly happy that Catania has this good restaurant. Full respect to all the work behind the dishes. U can just taste the passion and love for the sea and the Sicilian territory.

This is a very good restaurant if you like fish. And some of the dishes like fish chorizo are very unusual. We had the tasting menu and each course was very well cooked and presented. Deserts were also good. The service from the young staff was attentive and well informed. We had some delicious wine at a not unreasonable price. This place is well worth a visit.

One of the best meals of the year. This place is a true gem. What they do with seafood is Noma-level creative.

Very friendly service and good atmosphere. 7-course tasting menu was superb! Chose to have unofficial wine pairing and organic wines served were intriguing and excellent.

A fantastic culinary experience and extremely pleasant service. We had a nice evening and will definitely come back if we visit Catania again. The food was excellent, fresh, seafood dishes served in an interesting way, very, very tasty and surprising. We recommend it wholeheartedly!
