Every once in awhile you come across a restaurant that you know you will remember. For us, this is definitely one of them. Great food, amazing service, really just a step above the rest. We will dream about coming back!

Food was excellent. Carbonara was delicious. Has the bistecca which was perfectly cooked and very tender. The bruschetta pomodora was perfect. The owner and staff were very inviting and friendly. Service was great.

An amazing Michelin-worthy dinner at @anima_osteria_italiana. We shared Tortelli Mugallani, a Florentine Steak with roasted potatoes, salad, tiramisu, and millefogli, along with some wonderful Italian red wines! The service was amazing and the food was incredible! If you ever find yourself in Florence, we highly recommend.

The service was amazing, the staff so friendly and great to talk to about the food and restaurant. The food, well amazing...the chef is very talented and does some amazing things with the menu. This place is a must try, a new restaurant but people need to go and experience this delicious food and great service!

A newer restaurant where the owner was very passionate about the quality of food and his chef. His knowledge about the menu and how things where aged and prepared was none other. I would visit this restaurant frequently and will be returning on my next trip to Florence. Don’t miss this one.. July 10,2024

You must go to this restaurant!! The food was fresh, homemade and flavorful. The service was fabulous and everyone is so kind. Definitely coming back again during our stay in Florence …it was sooooo delicious! Make sure to save room for dessert!!! Yum!

Food and service was excellent! GRAN SELEZIONE CARNE was AMAZING! We ordered 4 different pastas and all were excellent! Hand made pasta. We met the Chef and you can feel the passion in his love for his menu. We were so lucky to have found this place. We will definitely return and recommend to our friend and family traveling to Florance

The staff was amazing, patient, and explained everything we needed to know and made some great recommendations. My potato tortellini was a bit flavorless, I was expecting more from the sauce, and the Octopus was a bit more salty than expected. The wine and limoncello however, were outstanding!

Great food and ambiance. The restaurant was beautiful overall, but we were sat in the back garden which was a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The service was excellent and the food was absolutely amazing. Everything was delicious and I highly recommend checking this place out.

My wife and I enjoyed Anima Osteria Italiana more than any other restaurant in our 5 days in Florence. In fact, it's the only restaurant we returned to for a second dining experience in Rome or Florence. Every dish we tried here was delicious. The menu was also refreshingly different from the copy/paste menus prevalent in touristy parts of Florence & Rome. The owners have a fresh perspective that translates perfectly well into their food. They were also gracious hosts who made us feel welcome - they even remembered us and greeted us warmly on our second visit!
