The menu will allow every person from an extremely large group of non-Italian tourists to find something they want and the quality of food will allow them to think it’s better than somewhere that isn’t Italy. Don’t expect anything more.

Risotto undercooked .. advertised as vegetable but tasted like it was made with fish stock. Thankfully the portion was small so we did not feel too wasteful.

Antica Osteria Cavallini is still the stalwart of italian cuisine in Milan. Great dishes at reasonable prices price - it's not cheap, but it's worth every penny. Great winelist and service to match. Highly recommended.

I came to the restaurant two times during my travel to Milan. On my first visit, both food and service is good. I had the scallops and sea brass. The waiter is very friendly and attentive. However, I am very disappointed with my 2nd visit. The food is not good at all. and the wait staff are always in hurry. I will definitely not return. There are other good Milanese restaurants such as Mamma Rose which I enjoy very much.

Lovely atmosphere in a garden (tho sealed off for warmth) of twinkling lights. Great classic food...wonderful osso bucco and good steak, cooked perfectly. Reasonable cost. A good restaurant very near the train station.

Really bad service and mediocre food. They didn’t get a single thing that we ordered right and we had to ask several times for various things. It took very long to get every single thing that we ordered and the food wasn’t very good. I recommend you to go somewhere else.

We and other family wait outside of the building on the street for the appointment at 7:10 pm, but no one welcome us until a gentleman work beside the restaurant knocked the door for us.
