9.5/10Fabulous restaurant. Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. The steak was the best I've ever eaten. It just melted in the mouth. The tiramisu was amazing and so was the coffee ice cream which was recommended to us. From where we were sitting we could see them cooking in the kitchen and it seemed very calm and professional. The servings were very generous and we left feeling happy and satisfied. A wonderful last lunch in Florence!

+1We were greeted warmly and enjoyed the table with a view of the kitchen. The coccoli and hame were delicious! Salty and creamy combination. We shared the chitarrina with fresh truffles! Then, a fillet! The service and wines were delightful. I highly recommend them!

Food is amazing! The steak is so delicious. Staff are friendly especially the lady who served us with smile and cheerful. Location is good as it is close to train station. Overall a must try resturant in Florence.

8/10When we arrived, it felt like a school field trip had taken over the restaurant the noise was wild, kids shouting and running around. Even the bathroom smelled like a scout camp. It’s a shame, because the food was actually delicious and the service was kind and attentive.

la ringraziamo per aver visitato il nostro ristorante e per aver lasciato la sua recensione, anche se ci dispiace apprendere che la sua esperienza non sia stata all’altezza delle aspettative. Ci scusiamo sinceramente per gli inconvenienti occorsi durante il servizio, compreso l’incidente con il bicchiere, per il quale il nostro staff si è prontamente scusato e ha provveduto alla sostituzione. La sala, quella sera, era abbastanza sotto pressione anche se gestita da Fatma e Tommaso, due collaboratori che solitamente sono molto attenti, ma è evidente che qualcosa non ha funzionato come dovrebbe. Per quanto riguarda la cucina, ci dispiace leggere che l’abbia trovata "nella media": ci impegniamo ogni giorno per offrire sapori autentici della tradizione toscana, e accogliamo ogni critica costruttiva come occasione di miglioramento. Siamo consapevoli che, pur avendo usufruito di uno sconto importante grazie alla promozione TheFork , ogni cliente merita un servizio impeccabile, indipendentemente dal prezzo pagato.

la ringraziamo per averci visitato e per aver condiviso il suo feedback, anche se ci dispiace sinceramente sapere che la sua esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. Siamo felici che abbia apprezzato il servizio ed, in parte, l’atmosfera del nostro ristorante, ma ci rammarica profondamente che la qualità del cibo non sia stata di suo gradimento. Il nostro obiettivo è offrire piatti autentici e curati nei minimi dettagli, e quando ciò non accade per fortuna molto raramente, lo consideriamo comunque un’occasione importante per migliorarci. Saremmo davvero grati se volesse darci un’altra possibilità per farle vivere un’esperienza più in linea con gli standard che ci proponiamo ogni giorno.
