6/10Food was great. Service pretty poor. Waitress with curly hair was complaining to a waiter about customers and kitchen staff being frustrated (I am Italian and fluent in the language) Could tell there was tension between floor and kitchen staff. Waiter complaining to the chef, he was sick and tired of working there. Tables were left dirty for a long time. A shame cause the food was nice, the atmosphere not so much.

Asians are guided to the outside table even though there are seats inside, and male servers are rude to Asians. Steak was not even grilled, and the food was not good for me.

very attentive service and it was very cool inside and lovely decorating. They welcomed us with a glass of proceco with a big smile. from the start to the main- pasta and steak were the top notch! very satisfied 😌

9/10The food here was very very delicious- gnocchi and truffle pasta were so very lovely. But be prepared to wait. It was half an hour before our order was taken and an hour after that for our pasta to arrive. It was so great, but we were cranky by then. Just a word to the wise:. pack your patience and you’ll enjoy a wonderful meal!

Food comes out too late We booked a 50% discount through the Forks app, but when we arrived, we were told that the discount was not honored. We felt like we had been scammed. I think the reservation on TheFork app needs to be fixed. The food takes too long to come out. I'm upset that the kindness of the staff is overshadowed by the late service. Please fix the discount rate for real!

From the warm, welcoming staff to the incredible food, every moment was perfect. The truffle dishes were bursting with rich, earthy flavor—absolutely spot on. The chicken was juicy and tender, while the beef was so well-seasoned and melted in my mouth. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the ragù was so delicious, I could’ve eaten it all day! What truly made the experience special was the kindness of the staff—they were attentive, caring, and made me feel right at home. And with such reasonable prices for such high-quality food, this place is a **hidden gem**! 9.5/10Fabulous restaurant. Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. The steak was the best I've ever eaten. It just melted in the mouth. The tiramisu was amazing and so was the coffee ice cream which was recommended to us. From where we were sitting we could see them cooking in the kitchen and it seemed very calm and professional. The servings were very generous and we left feeling happy and satisfied. A wonderful last lunch in Florence!
