9.5/10Our second time dining at this lovely restaurant. Authentic Tuscan cuisine served with a smile! Ambience undermined slightly by a rude customer continually taking phone calls on loudspeaker, but not the fault of the restaurant. Will recommend.

6/10The food, environment, and service were good—at least until we finished our meal. However, our experience was not entirely pleasant. The exterior of the steak we ordered was burnt—not just slightly overcooked, but charred to the point of having a strong burnt taste. We noticed it right away but, due to time constraints, chose not to send it back. Instead, we simply mentioned it to the server at the end as feedback. We weren’t expecting much—a simple apology would have sufficed, but we didn’t get a “sorry”. Even more, the server’s attitude changed, and the service from that point on, became noticeably colder. That said, the other dishes were good, and even the steak, after cutting off the burnt parts, was edible. But the poor handling of our feedback left us with a negative impression.

10/10We had a really lovely meal here last night. The staff were super friendly, the portions were super generous and with the Fork discount the prices were very reasonable. Our fillet steaks were huge and really tender, the potatoes roasted in garlic absolutely delicious - we couldn't finish all the food and they were very sweet about letting us take it with us, tonight we enjoyed the leftovers when we got home to Marche! Thanks guys, highly recommended..
