7.5/10Pasta was excellent. Tiramisu is great. However the T bone steak is only average. I am not sure why I didn't get the forks' booking discount.

6.5/10I was disappointed after viewing greatvreviews. I had the ragu and a salad. it lacked flavor, heavy pasta that was gluggly. I only managed half of the plate. the salad was basic and had no olives or cheese. My husband enjoyed his rooster dish.

5.5/10My wife had chicken, which was nice. I ordered steak in Chianti and potatoes. The steak was not as described, served on a few leaves and drizzled with red wine, rather than a rich red wine reduction sauce. The potatoes never arrived. There was then a long queue to pay the bill, as the senior person could not seem to work his computer. Overall, disappointing.

Regarding the wait at the cashier, Unfortunately, that day the restaurant was extremely busy — as it has been lately — and the may not have reflected our usual standards and additonally we had just switched to a new software system that very day to speed up orders and payments, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. 7.5/10The Waitress was great! Explained the menu and provided excellent recommendations for Appetizer, Pasta and Wine. Each was terrific and we loved it! However, we ordered the Premium Florentine Steak and candidly it was not good. It was chewy, fatty and ultimately we ate maybe had. The Florentine Steak for two was 120 Euros, not worth any amount. Take the steak out and we give our experience a 9.5.

10/10Small charming restaurant, attentive staff. Although we ate lightly, the beef steak salad (excellent by the way) and dessert, and no wine we were treated warmly, not hurried. We plan to return.

I ordered a 1.2kg Florentine T-bone steak, but the waiter brought out a large cut of meat and said it was difficult to cut just a portion of it. He suggested cooking a 1.5kg steak instead, which I agreed to. However, when the steak arrived, more than a third of it was inedible fat that was difficult to chew and swallow. I've had T-bone steak at three different restaurants in Florence, and this was by far the worst. On top of that, the 50% discount from TheFork app was only 30% for the steak. I have no intention of visiting again.

7.5/10Food was all good no complaints there at all. Service was bad! They forgot our starter and came with the first course. Ordered a glass of wine 3 times and got one on the fourth time. They have every table around us a free glass of Prosecco but not us. The service was slow because they were so busy. The place was full and they were not coping. However they did look after all the big tables to the detriment of us who were just 2 people

What a pleasure!! We had dinner in this trattoria. Every dish was delicious. Traditional, authentic dishes from Tuscan, Florentine gastronomy. We enjoyed every dish accompanied by a regional wine and excellent service, all at decent prices

8.5/10Service was good. The 4€ per person cover charge was probably the highest we paid in Florence though. My wife ordered the beef stew over mash potatoes. She really enjoyed it. I ordered the steak over a bed of spring lettuce, and tomatoes. Asked for medium, but it ended up being rare. The complimentary bread came with a couple different variety. We never got olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Beers and wine here is cheaper than some of the other restaurants in the area.

The food here is really delicious and well-prepared, definitely worth trying. The only drawback is that there are quite a few mosquitoes, especially around the ankles, which makes the dining experience a bit less comfortable. Other than that, everything else was good.

9.5/10Having the fork discount allowed us to really sample a great Local meal. The premier Florentine steak was great following on from the 4 levels of Tuscany starters sort of like Tapas. Deserts were lovely. Service was slow but we were in no hurry. The addition of a breeze through the front door was nice at times. Overall a lovely experience on our trip from New Zealand

I highly recommend this restaurant in Florence! I stayed in Florence for just 3 days but dined here twice. You absolutely must try their *funghi porcini* (porcini mushrooms) – they’re incredibly delicious, with an aroma that literally shoots straight to your head! We loved it so much we ordered two portions on our second visit. Their steak is also exceptional: perfectly seared outside and juicy inside, packed with flavor. The service is outstanding too – the owner (a kindly grandfatherly gentleman) is warm and welcoming, while the waitstaff are attentive and patient. The entire dining experience was delightful! A must-visit for anyone coming to Florence!

6/10Food was great. Service pretty poor. Waitress with curly hair was complaining to a waiter about customers and kitchen staff being frustrated (I am Italian and fluent in the language) Could tell there was tension between floor and kitchen staff. Waiter complaining to the chef, he was sick and tired of working there. Tables were left dirty for a long time. A shame cause the food was nice, the atmosphere not so much.
