The staff was amazing really friendly and kind the service was fast the food was delicious would definitely go back

We arrived on time for our confirmed reservation only to be told then that the kitchen was closing in 10 mins and had to order quickly. Why would you accept a reservation at a time that the kitchen was closing?? We were brought to our table, waiter walked away, never brought us menus, had to ask for them. Just poor service. Unfriendly. Food was ok, nothing to rave about. Wouldn’t go back. Wouldn’t recommend.

We ate here the last 3x in Florence. It was always good, which was why we returned. Food and service was previously much better. Menu has changed and service was sub par. Steak was awful and we did not finish our meals. Very disappointing.

First they wanted to seat us up front when they had sufficient room in back. Took a while for our water and drinks. My wife’s meal was wrong and when she received her meat which was dry on top of bean puree..my meal was chicken stuffed with sausage/olives not much chicken. Will not return.

The staff were very friendly, the atmosphere was great, the Bistecca alla Fiorentina was delicious, and the Tuscan wine was fantastic.

This restaurant is a hidden gem. If you blink you’ll miss the doorway to this wonderful restaurant. The staff are extremely friendly and the food is absolutely amazing. I had the sirloin steak with a red wine sauce with a side dish of roasted potatoes and it was amazing.. having a 50% discount on the food was obviously a bonus but we wouldn’t hesitate to eat in this restating should we re visit Florence.. this is a must.
