10/10Delicious food ( the zucchini flan is amazing, the truffle dishes and pasta too). The desserts like the chocolate cake and the crème brûlée were also extremely good. We went there twice during our 3 day stay in Florence! Robert was also very friendly and we have appreciated his warmth and care.

10/10This place was outstanding. Great recommendations from the staff. Best truffle pasta we had in Tuscany and the eggplant pasta dish was one of my favorites from our trip to Italy. Ribeye, spinach, and tiramisu were all excellent as well.

7/10The food was delicious. I was upset that they would not honor my 20% off that was included in my reservation. The waiter said he called the owner and the owner turned it off and to not honor the 20% but my reservation confirmation had the 20% off confirmed

10/10The food and the service were exceptional. We ordered pasta carbonara, Gorgonzola gnocchi, veal scaloppini, and sliced rib eye. The waiter suggested several wines and offered tastings of both- it was hard to choose! Dessert was tiramisu & cheesecake. Everything was delicious, and the service was impeccable.

10/10My wife and I wanted a non-fussy meal after having eaten recently at a high-end Michelin restaurant. This restaurant was perfect. We had the chicken liver toast and tomato bruschetta to start and they were delicious. Then we had two different pastas; she had spaghetti carbonara and I had mushroom risotto. Both were spectacular! (Please note that the portions here are large.) We ordered a Florentine steak to share and ended up taking some home in a box along with some sautéed spinach. The steak and spinach were fantastic! We did not have room for dessert. The service was friendly and efficient and the restaurant has a relaxed, welcoming vibe. The restaurant quickly filled up shortly after we arrived at 7:30 so be sure to reserve a table in advance. We highly recommend this restaurant.

10/10The host is helpful and insightful, wine pairing and smiling being always available! The food is super tasteful, fresh, and priced very well. The beef tartar is a must, together with Chef’s Carbonara or the pasta with fresh tartufo (truffles). The Bistecca alla Fiorentina is amazing too. Wine(s). There is a great selection of white and red wine. And you can always trust your host for the recommendation. Cheeeeer to your senses!

8/10This was our second time at this restaurant. The first time was perfect, but this time was a little bit of a disappointment. It began with our first request: we asked for acqua frizzante (which we find helps for digestion), and got naturale; since they were quite busy, by the time the waiter finally got back we simply kept what we got. The food was very good, though not as flavorful as we recall from last time. Finally we were disappointed that we were not given the advertised reduction via the Fork (which, perhaps it was our fault that we forgot to ask, but the restaurant is aware of the reduction and could have simply included it as expected). Perhaps we were simply comparing to a very special first experience which could not be matched. It's unfortunate, as we really like this restaurant.

8/10The ravioli with truffles I had was **delicious!!** but…only six raviolis! It was like an appetizer, not a main dish - for $22. I had to fill up on bread. Bummer.

4.5/10Understaffed, slow service. Wine we ordered wasn’t available and took ages for waiter to tell us. Food took ages to come out and wasn’t anything special. Definitely not worth the money.

8/10We were a large party of eight so to please everyone is always difficult. The steak was very well received although the veal was tough the flavour was there. One member did not like soup ordered it was changed without fuss. Starters very good and filling. All in all a great choice for our first night in Florence. We may return for our last evening.

9.5/10Al was a wonderful Server. Steak Florentine was exceptional. Extensive Wine List. EMS vehicles were disruptive on occasion otherwise the restaurant was excellent and very busy, mostly English speaking Tourists.

2.5/10Our pasta was completely undercooked, and when I said something to the manager he insulted me by saying I just didn't know how pasta should be cooked. Completely unacceptable.

10/10Had to try this restaurant after reading excellent reviews just a 10 minute walk from the dome avoiding all the crowds. Beautiful setting, excellent service with a good variety of different dishes. 100% recommend !

9.5/10The staff was really welcoming, accommodating, and responsive to our questions and needs! The food was fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was really nice; it was a bit hot in the restaurant as Florence was having a heat wave. Highly recommend!
