We have been back three times and never had an average meal. Their peccarino and pear ravioli is the best in Florence and the service from Robbie was excellent!

Amazing food! Papa al Pomodoro as starter was divine, ravioli I had for main was the best I ever had and the tiramissu for dessert was 10/10. This restaurant shoud be 5.0/5.0 on Google not 4.8/5.0. Wine was great too as well as the ambience. Loved it.

We love this place. Quiet, welcoming, cozy, and the food is simply wonderful. The waitstaff is attentive and warm. In particular, Robert made our experience even more pleasurable. If we lived here we would definitely be regulars. Can’t say enough good things about the food and the service. Most highly recommended.

The cuisine at Antico Bottaio is superb. Best bruschetta ever, and the Vitello Scallopine al limone was amazing. All washed down with a bottle of Montalcino Brunello. This ristorante is a MUST in Firenze.

Wild boar paparadelle and truffle ravioli were superb. The best I’ve had . Service was excellent too

Excellent food and excellent service, will definitely be back. We had the beef tartar and 3 different pastas and all were excellent!!

Good steak, but was served too raw and carved. I ordered medium and it came uncooked. And because it was already carved it wasn’t a good idea to cook it more. I won’t be back…

food was pretty bad, the ragú tasted like it was a couple days old, the server was extreamly rude and so was the owner.

The menu was first presented dirty with stains, we ordered 3 differnt kind of pastathe quality was low, we even found a hair in the plate and one of the 3 dishes was sent back becouse the buttata was off and had sour taste. Awful experience aver all! They applied the 20% but they did not know how to the deduct the €15 voucher we had. Stay away!

Excellent experience. Only annoyance was crying baby in the enjoining room, but not the fault of the restaurant. Veal scaloppine and veal ossobocco were very good. Limited choice of wine by the glass but they were good selections.

We had a lovely meal with very helpful staff who really made the evening a great event

Delicious food ( the zucchini flan is amazing, the truffle dishes and pasta too). The desserts like the chocolate cake and the crème brûlée were also extremely good. We went there twice during our 3 day stay in Florence! Robert was also very friendly and we have appreciated his warmth and care.
