    Black truffles are abundant in and near Furlo, so the restaurant emphasizes them in three primo piatti of traditional, carefully prepared style on housemade pasta. Lovely homemade breads and local salume. Knowledgable service.

    Chef Roberta Roberti well knows her trade, executes it flawlessly, and if that's not enough, she shuttles between the kitchen and tables making sure all is well. It is.

    We decided to go to Antico Furlo because we felt like having a real truffle experience. Eventually the restaurant didn’t have truffle, the service was poor, many misunderstandings with the waiter on menus availabilities and prices, the room we were sitting is was very cold. And not worth the price we paid.

    No other customers and the terras outside was lighted, but seemed that no one used it for serveral weeks. It should have ring a bell. There wasn’t a menu available, very little choice in dishes and way to expensive for what you get. Tried the tagliatelle, wasn’t fresh. Pigeon was salty. Overal, we paid 134€ for 2 persons without a dessert. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone else.

    Salve, sono Alberto Melagrana, titolare del ristorante albergo. Penso che i signori possano aver consumato un pasto che non fosse quello delle loro aspettative. Il piccione che la casa serve non può piacere a tutti, ma che le tagliatelle fossero secche è veramente una strana cosa forse il prezzo e stato il punto dolente e me ne dispiace, se passassero da queste parti ancora vorrei potermi scusare proponendo piatti più congegnali al loro gusto.     Great truffle and good service. Exceptionally tuned dishes with truffle. Decent wine selection. Overall a very good venue.
