Excellent restaurant with great seafood. A small menu but all cooked to order . I had the mussels which were fresh and tasty and turbot also excellent.

My partner and I arrived on a Friday and the staff were very accommodating to fit us in for a last minute booking. The squid salad was a nice sharing starter and my wife really enjoyed the seafood paccheri. We finished with the fig dessert which was a nice alternative option and the highlight for me were the poached figs, delicious. The best drink we had was the non alcoholic sparkling apple juice, it tasted like a beautiful mix between a cider and a crisp white wine but with none of the alcohol! Thanks again for making our evening go so well.

“Overall, dining at this restaurant was a delight from start to finish. The menu has a fantastic selection of dishes, and we loved everything we tried. We only had good comments about the food. Highly recommend this restaurant for food and exceptional service.

primi piatti was excellent ( spaghetti vongole and orrecchiette burrata) bjt the second was not that good , we missed the extra touch ;( 28 e for the second plate was much expendive for what we get

Amazing. Food was really good but service was also top notch!!! The wine recommendation was superb and went really well with the food. Loved the tiramisu here especially, definitely will visit this restaurant every time I am back in Merano

Exceptional Italian restaurant offering a very interesting and well balanced menu. For Meran a very welcome differentiation from the typical South Tyrol regional cuisine offered by most of the local restaurants.

Recommended by our hotel, we were stunned by the amazing food here! I had the best spaghetti alle vongole that I've ever had. The wine that our server suggested was perfect and our table outside was lovely on a beautiful night.

Aqua is an exceptional restaurant with a creative approach to Italian dishes not often found in the Alto Adige. The seafood was beautifully prepared, service was discreet, the atmosphere tranquil. We made a special request for a vegetable side dish (contorno) and the chef prepared an off-menu item to suit us. Absolutely delighted! The menu is not large but there were several tempting items and it was difficult to choose.

Excellent. Very nice. Food was very good. Tiramisu is a recommendation. Nice wine selection of local wines. Service was very friendly. A place worth to go to.
