Dinner at Aqua Vescine was seriously next level. We felt like we were dining in a Michelin-starred restaurant — from start to finish. The service was kind, professional, and made us feel truly welcomed. The food? Incredible. The rice dish was creamy, full of flavor, and perfectly balanced. The grilled course was just as impressive — juicy, rich, and cooked with real precision. Every plate looked like a work of art, but nothing felt overdone. It was elegant, exciting, and genuinely delicious. We left the table with a smile, feeling like we had experienced something really special. If this isn’t Michelin material, I don’t know what is.

We had lunch and the food was very good. The service excellent. It is a very nice experience. It is lovely to have a soak in the mineral pool followed by a delicious lunch, great service, and a delightful view of the mountains.
