Il Ristorante Aquadulcis nasce all'interno di un antico frantoio ad acqua rimasto per secoli abbandonato sul bordo di un torrente, in Contrada Tenda, a Massa di Vallo della Lucania – Salerno. Un concetto di cucina innovativo, a bassa temperatura, una cucina semplice che valorizza i prodotti del territorio. Una cucina semplice, prodotti del territorio, tecniche innovative, contrasti inaspettati. Sapori che emozionano. Il Ristorante Aquadulcis, il nuovo progetto di ristorazione voluto da Tenuta Cobellis che, alle proprie materie prime, come l'olio, i vini e quant'altro viene coltivato e prodotto in Azienda, aggiunge quel senso di innovazione, capace di stupire il concetto dell'essere Cilentano.
