8.5/10I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the slow service. The waitress was lovely and very kind, it’s not her fault if they were under staffed. Nevertheless I think that in a restaurant like that you cannot wait more than half an hour to have a bottle of water. Also, I would suggest they bring not only water immediately but also some bread since people have to wait a long time to eat.

10/10The food was creative, delicious and extremely well presented. Lots of choice for vegetarians and vegans, with the available language translation, images and filtering on the online menu page making ordering easy. Service was efficient and friendly. Decor and ambience relaxing and appropriate to the cuisine. Highly recommended.

10/10What an amazing Armenian inspired restaurant The staff were so friendly and helpful to point out great dishes and fabulous wine I took an Armenian friend who was emotional having the amazing courses Firstly mixed pkhali which was a mixture of different dips and various breads. Then we had khnkali and Tolma which were mouth watering dishes and so beautifully prepared by the Armenian cook To finish off we had Pakhlava which was so delicious as a sweet to finish off the meal To say the last my Armenian friend was taken back to his roots. Upstairs too they have Armenian and Georgian alphabets on the wall A tasteful restaurant with such love and care into the meal. I searched on google for Armenian restaurant Italy and this place came up. It was the reason we came to Florence and well worth it

9.5/10The food was incredibly awesome - the best! The service was decent in the sense that the waiters and hostess made you feel comfortable, but had to wait a bit long for the food. That being said, with the exquisite wine from their region and incredibly well cooked and fresh food, it was worth the wait. I don’t know if others would wait so long, but the food was exceptionally good!

8/10The atmosphere is quite warm and the staff is very friendly. We had a waiter who explained all dishes to us in English and gave personal advice upon request. The food was quite decent, although a little bit on a spicy side.

10/10Delicious Armenian food near Piazza Beccaria, including some tasty vegetarian options. It would help if they had the menu choices described better in Italian (and English, eventually), but the waitress did her best to explain everything for us. I'll be back!

10/10This evening was a 10/10. In every way it was fabulous. The lamb was excellent...perfectly prepared as were the mushroom crepes (not what they are called).The 1/2 litre of wine was good and the baklava was unusual and excellent. Setvice was good and additional time with Amelia, the host was extraordinary. Thankfully, we are in Florence still for 2 more weeks and so will have the opportunity to return. Hopefully more than once. Highly recommend.

8/10A beautifully designed place bringing the culinary traditions and products of Georgia and Armenia to Firenze. The staff is welcoming and engaged. You can see the chef hats moving from your table as the kitchen hums with activity. A pleasant atmosphere to sample food that you wouldn't necessarily find elsewhere.
