5/10A lovely place to go set in a back street with a very comfortable feeling. Staff were mostly friendly but the food was average and the service between starter and main was long around 1 hour. We would try again and see if they could get things correct.

10/10ArborVitae offers a deep, uncompromising understanding of the strong, Apulian cuisines with extreme care for balancing the “catch of the day” - it be fish or vegetables - and creating dishes firmly rooted in centuries of wisdom concerning Nature and what she offers where we stand, here and now. There was nothing “adventurous” about our dishes, just an impeccable and artistic use of the potential of the available resources.... and for me this the sign of a great chef! A must to visit if you are at all interested in the finest way of cooking combined with stunning ingredients and beautiful settings.
