Very nice location, with engaged service We had catch of the day fish - splendid! Additionally we had pasta of the day. That was bland.

Our waiter, Matteo was fantastic! He was so good with the kids and so fun! The food was fantastic and the wine was great too! The best was the atmosphere, which was very cool. The town is adorable and we were so glad to be able to share the experience with our grandkids to see what these small old towns in Europe look like.

A lovely place to go set in a back street with a very comfortable feeling. Staff were mostly friendly but the food was average and the service between starter and main was long around 1 hour. We would try again and see if they could get things correct.

This restaurant was very good , the quality of the food was great . If I can make a remark is on the service it was a little bit to quickly . But you can go there definitively !

ArborVitae offers a deep, uncompromising understanding of the strong, Apulian cuisines with extreme care for balancing the “catch of the day” - it be fish or vegetables - and creating dishes firmly rooted in centuries of wisdom concerning Nature and what she offers where we stand, here and now. There was nothing “adventurous” about our dishes, just an impeccable and artistic use of the potential of the available resources.... and for me this the sign of a great chef! A must to visit if you are at all interested in the finest way of cooking combined with stunning ingredients and beautiful settings.
