10/10We really enjoyed the beautiful ambiance, friendly and attentive staff and excellent meal on Christmas Day. It was a leisurely day and meal! The food quality was excellent and the portions, generous. Many courses…we enjoyed every dish and will return!

9/10Saw Archisa had some great reviews and from the experience I had they were spot-on. The food was really really great and the wine excellent. Service was excellent and the prices also. Starter for the scallops was €18 which may seem high but they were worth it. Mains were between €13-€20 and for the quality and portion size this was exceptional value. In a nutshell, if you want to have some great down to earth Italian food then you need to visit here...

ACCOGLIENZA - Nella provincia di Cuneo, più precisamente a Farigliano, in via Archisa, sorge il Ristorante Archisa Hostaria. Un ambiente cordiale ed accogliente, dove si respira una calda atmosfera familiare. GOURMET - Il locale propone un menù ampio e vario, con piatti preparati seguendo le ricette tipiche della tradizione piemontese. Gli ingredienti utilizzati dallo chef Michelangelo Granata nella preparazione delle portate sono sempre freschi e di qualità. DA PROVARE - Le specialità sono il gazpacho andaluso al peperone di Carmagnola, la mousse di burrata e chiacchera salata, i raviolini del plin al timo di campo e il bunet langarolo al rum e salsa bicerin.
