The atmosphere is magnificent and you'll find a jaw dropping outlook over the meditarrenean sea. Food is of great produce and very well made. Tastes and seasoning leaves more work to be done. Service is very willing and tone of voice on par but much understaffed and not at all at par with set expectations. Cutlery and glassware are somehow placed rather randomly, breadcrumbs don't get cleaned from the cloth until way after bread servings have been removed. This leaves a somewhat less competent impression of both the kitchen and the service staff level of knowledge and / or resources. Wines are excellent. Through and through. But the ambiance, the view, the atmosphere.. There is potential in this place.

From the location, setting, welcome until the end of the evening- simply exceptional. We opted for the surprise menu. Every dish was a work of creativity using mostly regional ingredients. The wine list was concise and still offered ample choices. Well done - I can see a Michelin judge arrive at your restaurant shortly….
