We had 3 set menus and a passion fruit sangria. it was very good.

Worth for the ambience as it is a nice restaurant for a romantic meal in a beautiful place. The food is good but not spectacular, and the service is rather nice but it took an hour for us the receive our order. My plate came before the entrees… and my husband dish came with the entrees. So when we started eating my ramen was already cold. Hope they improve in a possible next visit as we use to go there.

Worst sushi ever had in my life.

It is very close to oceaneria and sky ride. The ambience is okay. One of the servers though was not very attentive and kind of very impolite. When we asked questions she even didn’t bother to say yes or no. Or we ordered a bottle of water for my son. She said okay but started cleaning other tables. We had to ask another server to finally get the water. All in all worthy to try, if you don’t bump into our server!!

If you’re looking for a sleek lunch spot in Lisbon’s Parque das Nações, Arigato delivers exactly what you expect: clean lines, a buzz of chatter from nearby offices, and sushi that’s fresh, reliable, and clearly popular with the weekday crowd. It’s the kind of place where deals get signed over nigiri, and where the lunch menu keeps everyone moving back to work on time. The atmosphere is excellent—bright but not sterile, modern without feeling soulless. It’s a restaurant that knows its role and plays it well. Still, I wish the service would take more risks. A good sushi chef or server should be part guide, part storyteller, nudging diners toward the chef’s favorites or something seasonal, not just handing over a laminated menu. And the “suggested” tip, still quietly tacked on to the bill, feels a little tone-deaf in a city where tipping is a choice, not an obligation. Come here for lunch, enjoy the fish, soak in the energy of Lisbon’s glass-and-steel waterfront.

I was confirmed on the Fork app and an email. When we arrived no one acknowledged us, there was no reservation and no discount. The food is good, but everything else is not worth going to this restaurant!
