6.5/10Disappointing given the cost and Michelin star. Service made mistakes, was passive aggressive about not finishing meals, and some of the meals were just not good.

7.5/10The main attraction of this restaurant is its location and view of the Colosseum which is really nice, especially at night time with the Colosseum lights being on. If it wasn't for the view, the restaurant would not at all be on the radar for tourists. For Michelin star restaurant, the food was ok but nothing extraordinary. The service was great, as it usually is at restaurants of this caliber. However, in Rome where food is amazing everywhere for the fraction of cost of what the tab ends up to be here, I would say you should look for other options. Rome is about Italian food and every family restaurant offers the most delicious options. One thing that stood out was the dessert, it was really amazing. I specifically mentioned it the the server, and he introduced us to the pastry chef who we got to thank personally.

We had a wonderful experience at Aroma Restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, and the chef’s surprise courses between the main dishes were exceptional. The staff was sincere, attentive, and made sure to celebrate the birthday guest, which made the lunch even more special. A truly memorable dining experience!

The view was stunning and the food was delicious. Worth every euro. The service was excellent. I was there for my birthday and exceeded my expectations. Make reservations with time if you planning special day or event.

8.5/10Food and ambiance was great, the view is spectacular as well. What lacked was the service, took 20min just to take my order for water. I got finger food before i had a drink. I didn’t get a menu until way later but i had already used the QR code to check their menu. Not sure who my server was, i had 2 guys talk to me. This was just me, 2 tables next to me who got sat after me got better service but they had a different server. I wouldn’t be back.

9.5/10The staff and the view were amazing. We really enjoyed our meal and the experience. The staff seemed a little stretched so when explaining the wine tasting it was a bit rapid, we would have liked a slower time to ask questions etc. I was also unclear why the two of us had to have the same tasting menu, given the type of restaurant this was disappointing.

The staff were friendly, extremely consistent with their excellent customer service and a massive thanks to the chefs behind the scenes that cooked the unbelievable food it was phenomenal , Cannot recommend this restaurant enough and not to mention the incredible view of the colosseum which made our night that extra bit special Thank you Aroma Rome

Everything is perfect. The outstanding view from the Coliseum is one of a kind. The food… wow! They deserve their one star and the patisserie is the best I have ever eaten. It’s not cheap but worth every penny.

10/10First and foremost, both their service and food were impeccable and excellent. The view from the restaurant was unbelievably impressive. However when we got there, all of the window tables were occupied. Yet when one of the tables became open sometime later on, they offered us to move to the window table where we could see Colosseum right in front of us. That made us extremely happy! They also celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary by providing a beautiful dessert which made us even more happy! Thanks to them, we had a really memorable and wonderful time. Thank you very much!

First of all food was really not tasty. Second: service was slow and very bad. Stuff of restaurant just trying to fool their customers and they care only about money. For example after dinner when we took our bill they put 2 glasses of champagne in our bill which we didn’t drink at all, and for 4 glasses of average moscato they put price 32 euros per each! This 4 glasses they didn’t write in bill like moscato or digestive, they wrote it in bill like aperitiv. And all information in bill was not clear, it was written only food and drinks: aperitif and bottle of water and bottle of wine… they didn’t write brand or name of any drink of course it’s best way to cheat their customers and charge them more. When I told to manager about wrong information in bill he just gave me arrogant look and told it’s just 60 euros wrong information, what is a problem and they didn’t want change our bill. We still waiting for solution for this situation. Also dress nobody cares about guest dress code

Tables were too close together and waiters had to wait on each other to get out of the way, The sommelier was excellent and helped my wife navigate the stairs several times as she had some difficulty on the stairs with her knees health issues, he was very excellent indeed. Food was very good but at times felt rushed and at other times felt time stood still. We were there for lunch, generally enjoyed but not perfect.

10/10Everyhing was great. We havd great dinner in front of the Colossum .Table set on the balcony .Service is very good as Michelin star restaurant.Dishes of all were Taste , scent, 0UMAMI every elements good balanced . As a Japanese, I think one of the splendid reataurant in the world.
