A truly special experience tonight with a fantastic view. They didn’t have a specific non-alcoholic wine pairing but for me they made up special mocktails with each course which were all delicious. The night was made even more memorable when we were leaving and the waiter called out the chef to meet me. I would highly recommend this restaurant ❤️

The service is perfect. Bravo! Everything else is very presumptuous. Nothing appealing in the decoration. The food is not bad, but the seasoning could've been better since we expected the dishes to be delicious. Disappointing for a Michelin star restaurant. The worse we've been.

Made a reservation for two in this restaurant and it was quite an experience. We’ve opted by the tasting menu which is an option that includes both fish and meat dishes. To accompany the meal, I asked for the sommelier service. Everything was great! The food, the service and specially the view to the colosseum!

The crew was very nice and always professionell. The head of the restaurant "chef de resaurant" knew a lot about the "Aroma history" and was proud to tell about. A marvellous experience in the interesting city Roma.

The chef and his team, the service and the ambience was Five Stars. We knew that this was a Michelin Star restaurant with a fabulous view of the colosseum but everything was perfect and the tasting menu with wine pairings…simply sublime. This was truly an experience and a night to remember!
