9/10Third time we were here, food is very good but really dissapointed about their service regarding the Fork. Please stop caching people whilst offering a discount of 30% like before but then don't give the discount. Reason:: the nummer of poeple for the discount was reached that day! We were the first for Diner, not fair ! I advise you give what you promise or step out of The Fork as the system is too nice but will fail if more restaurantholders will act like you. Nobody forces you to give discounts so respect should be shown to the customers who come and believe in you

9/10It was quite unfortunate that lunch menu is missing many options available for the dinner menu, as it is not so obvious and clients can assume the selection is the same. Besides some menu options were not available. The food quality was undoubtly good and up to the expectation. The service on the other hand was a bit slow, but not dramatically.

Only our lunch menu doesnt incluid all the option but its a special menu way more afordable so it doesnt incluid all option. 6/10We booked this restaurant via The Fork with 30% of discount. When we arrived, they say that they have no réservation for us😏. Finally, when I show the corfimation they found a table for us ( Restorant was almost empty). In menu they have a soft drink, but in reality not all, just pepsi and fanta. We were with kids, so it was complicated to propose them camomile tea instead of orange jus or Lipton. Dinner was good, but when a bill arrived we didn’t find any discount . We asked to correct it and itwas done. So, all this small things andnot very warm hospitality made our evening a bit dissapointed. In Lisbon you can find a lot of good resto, but in this one we will not return.

6.5/10The table was very very sticky even ours plates were sticks on the table and we had to some extra force to remove from it. We complained to the staff but they said that the table is like this which was very strange for us. I booked the table from the app The Fork and we were told that our booking is at until 10pm but the staff were continuously pressuring us to leave the table even before the time which we did not like. We were disappointed.

However, we should have taken the extra step to ensure it was properly cleaned, preventing any discomfort on your part. And about the rush, sorry if we seemed a bit hurried. 9.5/10Good steak chain restaurant in Lisbon city center. The price vs quality vs portion are amazing. Can be hectic sometimes but the waiters were quite attentive to our orders and our meals. I have been here several times and would definitely come back again.

10/10It was our second visit that week. The first time the food was so delicious we wanted to end our holiday again here. It didn't disappoint! The Sushi combo and the meat are so delicious! The service is fantastic. If you visit Lissabon, you definitely need to go here!

10/10Great looking and cozy restaurant. Lovely staff that speak great English. We skipped the appetizers and went straight for the mains. We got the sushi combo plate and an aged rib eye to share. Both very lovely and tasty. If you like your meats, this is definitely worth a visit. Sides of potato wedges and portobello were lovely as well. Everything was very tasty and looked great. Looking around the room during our visit, most people seemed to agree. Burgers looked amazing, other meat dishes looked great. And although we were full by the end we were close to just ordering the mains again. Deserts were lovely, glutenfree chocolate cake was divine and the apple crumble warm and tasty. Cocktails strong but not to much and very good. We got an espresso Martini, their house Negroni and an Irish coffee. All in all a lovely experience we will very likely be revisiting before we leave Lisboa.

9/10We were celebrating our 1st year anniversary, and really fancied steak, and I can't praise this restaurant enough! The meat was delicious and cooked to perfection for our preference (medium-rare), and the red wine that was recommended to my husband was excellent. The service was good, although we had at least 3 different servers (not a big deal but it meant they each had little idea what we requested initially. I MUST SAY however, one particular server was very attentive and quick to swoop in when I dropped my cutlery - I didn't even see him coming! The ambience was comfortable and romantic enough, would return again simply for the steaks ????
