10/10Love the provalone cheese starter, it’s amazing! Steaks were very tasty and cooked perfectly. Would highly recommend. Wine is a little steeply priced.

3.5/10Absolutely awful service, half of the choices of meat they didn’t have! The staff were dragging tables and and crates at a little passed 23.00 which I very bad service in front of clients trying to rush us out… we then asked for another plate of meat guess they didn’t have any left!!! It was a complete letdown. We just wanted to pay and leave….. I had to ask 3 times for our bill as each time it was wrong! One place I will not return!

5/10We went to Atalho for lunch on Saturday to experience the advertised “Wagyu Experience” and specifically the 12 piece wagyu sushi. We were told that there was no sushi since the sushi man was given day off. Then we decided to choose one of the Wagyu prime cuts and we were told none were available since they have the “cuts of the day” therefore those on the menu were not always available. The Wagyu week was advertised in the prestigious Expresso Newspaper. This is not acceptable and we felt cheated. It is clearly misleading advertising. The restaurant could keep guests updated through social media but not even that. We ended up eating Wagyu carpaccio and a Fraldinha Wagyu cut (sub-prime) from Australia. I asked when could we eat a filet mignon (lombo cut) from Japan and was informed that it was rarely available and could not say when. The offering was on the menu but yet it was not available. This is not acceptable and I expect a response from management.

5/10The quality of the service was really low. The staff were not smiling or showing any sign of politeness or hospitality. Even though we had reserved a table we had to wait 15 minutes for the table to be ready. We had to wait a long time before there was a waiter ready to take our orders - in total it took more than one hour from our reservation time until we got the food. The food was tasty but the portions really small.

10/10Food was amazing. Staff were super attentive especially to the fact that we had very young children with us. Service and food were 10/10 and I look forward to going back.
