10/10The food was elegant, delicious, beautifully presented. We were treated like royalty and enjoyed our plates in La Grande Salle near the fire. The exquisite ambience and lively diners added to our experience. We absolutely loved every moment.

10/10The restaurant was lovely--a cold rainy night and we were seated in the dining with a lovely fire burning in the fireplace. Food great; staff friendly and very good. All in all, a wonderful evening.

The chicken liver was nice. The poulet rôti was ok. The chicken was dry. The man who served us was very helpful, but the lady was not that pleasent. Several times while we still had food on our plates and were eating, she kept interrupting us and asking if we were done. That was rude. This ill behaviour does not suit any restaurant.

2/10we waited 1 hour. No food no service. What a joke!! The waiter was the nastiest person we have ever met in France. It is a total tourist trap and they test you like goats.

10/10The staff were friendly and accommodating from the moment we walked in. Even with a full house, the service was spectacular and every bite exceptional. I loved the mix of old world stone, modern art and a wood burning fireplace, which made for the pperfect Paris evening. Tres Bien!

10/10The duck and filet mignon of pork were just exquisite and the salmon and four gras appetizers were just delicious. Service was amazing and the fireplace gave the whole restaurant a cozy and homey atmosphere.

8/10The service was the best I've had in France this visit. The food is well prepared and tasty, but there are few choices. The plat recipes are simple. The fish soup entrée was well prepared and interesting. My choco-framboise dessert was also good. The ambiance is romantic and pleasant. The wine list is extensive, with many, many choices of reds, whites etc.

8.5/10Loved the location and atmosphere of this restaurant. Service was also excellent. I ordered the starter and fish of the day and found both dishes excellent. The side dishes of spinach and mushrooms was exceptionally good. Unfortunately my wife ordered the pork ribs. The grilled portion tasted good but the ribs were not cooked long enough or slow enough to cook out the fat and grisly so they were very difficult to eat. Maybe it’s the French preparation style, but this American prefers fall off the bone ribs.

We were in Paris for our wedding anniversary and it was ideal lunch venue on our last day after our visit to the Notre Dame & strolling by the Seine on a lazy Sunday. We had the chef's 6_course choice and we were not disappointed.

8.5/10This was a perfect find for subday evening where more restaurants are closed. The service was great but there were too few to deal with the crowd. The food was very good, the split pea soup abd the bernaise were spot on.

8.5/10While we enjoyed our meal, nothing was amazing. The service was good but sometimes inattentive. Starters were good( rabbit and soup) but lacked some wow. The main plates (duck and veal) were about the same. I think the highlight was the mushroom and spinach side dish. We would consider it a requirement to get proper wine glasses for this wine list. Not sure how the premier crus would be served but this is a lovely list deserving of proper stem ware. High end Bordeaux in a white glass is a miss. The st Emillion was outstanding regardless.

10/10A small venue with a large fireplace just off the Seine in Paris. We sat directly in front of the fireplace on a cold rainy day. The atmosphere was warm and delightful. The food was excellent across many dishes we had. The service was efficient, polite, and unobtrusive. Worth a try if you haven’t.

+1When my SIL texted me and said she wanted roast chicken, I immediately made a reservation for Chez Maitre Albert. As usual, solid service, delicious food and the wall with the words used in cooking and cuisine in general was fun to read and kept the kids amused. This is one of go to Parisien Sunday night places and once again it delivered.
