Excellent service, makes you feel comfortable. Delicious onion soup, good rib-eye steak, fish and vegetables rather mediocre, could be better seasoned... in general positive experience.

Literally everything could be improved: from the food (which was not very well balanced in terms of taste) to the service — there were too few waitresses for such a busy place.

We celebrated NYE and we’re looking forward to a lovely experience. While the setting was beautiful, the food was not what was expected for the price. The service was inconsistent, as well.

We have been coming to this restaurant since we were given a friend’s recommendation 4 visits ago. We rearranged our dining schedule to enable us to dine there again. We had the best gin tonic ever the last time and I was so looking forward to that, the food & great service again. The champagne was over-poured, he seemed more interested in opening more bottles than properly serving it. We had to remind the servers 3 times for the gin tonics, 1st bottles of tonic were dropped off, then the glasses of gin poured over ice. The ice had melted & watered down the gin. The owner/server said he had something to tell us & we needed to listen. Basically, the restaurant had changed hands, had a Michelin star & they were going to change the decorations. He asked us to raise our hands as he read the menu options to count orders. The boeuf bourguignon was bland, as were my escargot, I heard the cod was overcooked and one other dish was unremarkable. We won’t be back.

Last ate her approximately 10yr ago and had an excellent meal then. This time Bon Accueil has had a significant change in the look of the interior, the menu, the wait staff and the clientele Gone is the truly old school menu for an updated and relatively short menu. Today's menu has modern items that remain enticing. List of wines by the glass is excellent and leads a short, but well thought out wine list. Overall a pleasant time, great meal, fond remembrance of times past with a look to the future.

Dinner was very good as was the ambiance. Service was courteous but VERY slow. Meal stretched over 2 hours with no dessert. Not sure it was worth the 30 minute commute.

Delicious food - and the accompanying vegetables were spectacular. They helped us pair the perfect wines with our plates to make a truly wonderful taste sensation.

Au Bon Acceuil was absolutely exquisite. The attentiveness to detail was superb. Victor and all of the Staff has made this dining experience truly memorable!

In short, the food was extraordinary and the wine recommendation succeeded expectations. However, the ambience was a bit off in a way that co-workers would interrupt each other whilst explaining things from the menu to customers all the time. They seemed flustered but as the night die down, they showed what they are capable of. A bit more organisation perhaps?

I had boeuf bourguignon et thé meat was very bad. It was only "de la graisse". We had a table near of thè door and ist was very cold

We have been in Paris for 5 days and Au Bon Accueil was our favorite meal. The food is amazing and to have the view of the Eiffel Tower pushes it over the top. Best French Onion soup we've ever had.

We ended up in the area early and they got us in before our reservation. The staff was amazing and they spoke excellent English. All of the food was incredible and so tasty! Definitely coming back next time we visit Paris.

The food was extremely well done. The pan fried cod was so soft and yet the skin was so crispy. The braised beef is also so soft that I didn't even need a knife. The vegetable and other ingredients that came with the dishes were all very tasty. A few years ago we came here and said we had to come again. Very happy that we were not disappointed at all.

We had the worst service of our life here, which was unfortunate because the food and ambience was great. Our server, while friendly, was almost amazingly incompetent. -she upsold us a bottle of bottle of wine that was more than double the cost of our original order. We watched her do the same to our surrounding tables. - she came back to confirm our entree order twice over the course of an hour. she obviously did not put in our food order til the third time she confirmed our order, because it came almost 45 minutes later. She repeatedly returned to other tables to ask what they ordered -the couple next to us ordered the lamb, but she brought him steak. He asked if it was the lamb and she repeatedly argued with him that it was, even though it obviously was steak - another couple ordered a gin and tonic which took almost 45 minutes to arrive, it finally came without the tonic. she brought it to our table instead. Bill came out to be $260, and they had the nerve to ask for a tip

Nice local restaurant with good food but BEWARE the waiter took advantage of my friends being Americans to emphasize that the service was NOT included while it is always included in France. This is unacceptable!

Restaurant ambience is lacking, very bright. Food was ok, wine and bread were good. What we didn’t like was the “shakedown” when we were paying our bill. We were asked if we wanted to leave a tip…..because we were obviously Americans, as the manager/owner ? didn’t do this to the other 5 tables around us. Then he asked us to leave a review on Google. Definitely better spots to eat in the area.

Pleasant staff with prompt but not rushed service. Excellent food quality and very reasonable wine list. Beautiful setting outside with Eiffel Tower as backdrop.

Beautiful spot - great view of the Eiffel Tower- lovely table setting- good wine! Our only comment is we felt rushed - it appeared that turning tables was paramount - but the food was very good. Perhaps leaving the Google review scan code on the table before we were even done was part of our feeling rushed. Otherwise, wonderful!!

+1The duck starter was to dye for. The server we had was amazing with my family and I. He was very out going and a true pleasure to deal with. The Metradi/Somalia. Was abit rude and not kid friendly at all. I think if he lighted up abit it would bring them More business. The food was good but not worth the price. Also they make such beautiful plates and cover it all up with green herbs and lettuce so you can’t actually see what you are eating. Sometimes lee is more. Lastly be prepared to wait. We arrived at 6:45 and didn’t get the bill till 9. Over all not bad food but definitely room for improvement. But again the waiter we had was amazing

We found this restaurant last year in 2024. The food is amazing and the people there are amazing. We ate at this restaurant twice this week and my favorite was the French onion soup. Omg. I will eat here every time I’m in Paris. Word of advice for everyone who wants to eat here. Make a reservation. Otherwise you might be out of luck. Limited availability. Bon appetite!!!

The taste and environment of the restaurant is excellent. However, one of the waiters which serve us is rude and impatient. We are new to France and unfamiliar with rule of dining (e.g. main dishes after starters), he kept being impatient and not that welcome to us, which ruins ours whole dining experience .

We actually ate here twice in one week when we were visiting Paris. The food is outstanding and the service is a 10/10. We sat outside both times and had a great experience, great food and the backdrop was the Eiffel Tower. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

The best French meal we’ve ever had! An unforgettable experience from start to finish — the food, the atmosphere, and the attention to every detail were impeccable. It truly outshone even the Eiffel Tower. Our server was warm, engaging, and attentive to every need. We could not have asked for a better dining experience, and we eagerly look forward to our next visit to this remarkable establishment!

We are tourist so obviously the view of the Eiffel Tower was a draw card, it did not disappoint. Food was great however they did not have the wine nor the first choice of mains we requested. (Chardonnay and Bouillabaisse) For a Michelin Star rated restaurant, not the best.

Very disappointing visit. Just awful in so many ways. The meat, both lamb and beef were so very fat-laden as to be inedible. We have eaten there 4 wonderful times...and chose it for our first night in Paris this time. What a horrible disappointment! Is there a new ownership? New chef? New management? If so, none of them know what they are doing! We were so very disappointed; we will not return to what used to be "our favorite Parisian restaurant".
