The restaurant was fully booked at Christmas Eve and we found out why. Staff was very professional and food (specialty beef bourgougnon) delicious. Wines were not cheap but the pairing with the beef fantastic. Fully recommended.

For the second year in a row we came here for our wedding anniversary and it didn't disappoint. Just walking there through the bustling streets of the Marais builds up your appetite. On a cold evening it was wonderfully cosy inside, our waiter was extremely sweet -natured, and then there was the food. We had the mushroom tart and eggs in meurette starters, chateau filet and sea bass mains, then profiteroles and Ile flottantes for dessert (and we're given an extra with a candle in it for our anniversary which was a nice touch). All of it excellent. Last year I think we had their signature boeuf bourgignon and judging from the oohs at the table next to us that is still a great choice too.

The food was excellent - , escargot, bœuf bourguignon, and café gourmand for dessert -, but I really enjoyed the service. Recommendations for wine and dessert were spot on. I enjoyed everything about the experience. I only regret I could dine there only once during my trip. I will return next trip and told my daughter and her husband to come here when they are in Paris over New Years.

We had a very nice table on the heated patio. The food was very good and we didn’t feel rushed at all. We would have preferred the dishes be cooked with a bit of salt and pepper but since it was on the table we were able to do it ourselves. If you like white wine the house Saint-Bris is fantastic!

Food was quite mediocre. Duck seemed overcooked / very chewy (in an overcooked way) and the vegetables were mushy and seemed like they were cooked too long. Service was great though.

Food, service, ambience - everything was just perfect. One of the best places in Paris for sure. The Beef Bourguignon was simply exceptional, highly recommend to go here just for this dish. We had also snails and onion soup and they were the best ever in Paris.

Recommended by our hotel and definitely worth a visit. Escargot, beef Bourguignon and shared profiteroles. Everything was delicious, generous serving and served by friendly staff. Warm surroundings. You won’t be disappointed.

The most flavorful and delicious onion soup, beef bourguignon, and a poached pear French toast for dessert. Every person on the waitstaff was very friendly and asked us if we preferred service in English or French. Will absolutely return. Everything was crave-able.

From the warm welcome as we entered to the amazing food and wonderful service, this was a memorable meal and experience. We started with onion soup and country pate which we shared. The onion soup was the best I’ve ever had, with a rich broth topped with crusty cheese. The pate was good with the onion and cornichon confit and perfect crusty baguette but even better with some mustard which we asked for. We both ordered the beef Bourguignon as entrees, their signature dish, which was a big mistake. Not because it was bad at all, au contraire, it was delicious but entirely too large a portion, especially after the hearty appetizers. We easily could have split one and been satisfied. The service was friendly and attentive. This was our first time here after almost 20 visits to Paris and this restaurant will definitely be on our list to come back to!

Our waiter was amazing, very knowledgeable and pleasant. He had great recommendations and we loved them all. I had dinner with my wife and sister there on our last night in Paris and it could not have been a better send off. The food was exceptional and their signature dish was well worth it and a decent price too. We loved it, we accidentally forgot our to go bag and our waiter ran out after us to give it to us plus some fresh baguette to go with it. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone and will definitely be back!

Server was great, friendly and helpful (asked if we preferred English or French service). Attentive too. Restaurant had comfortable seating. I did notice it getting quite loud closer to 8-8:30pm though and made conversation a bit hard.

We had a reservation for lunch for a special day, Thanksgiving. We were seated in the tourists section next to a very loud group. We ordered the house famous bœuf bourguinion which was very good, but our hamburger arrived, never the french fries. Because of our faraway tourist section, we could not get the wait stuff, our special tourist section was crowded and loude, we quickly ate and left. Very disappointed.
