Exceptional flavor pairing - the gazpacho was a refreshing and flavorful surprise. I had the dorado- again, the hints of saffron and melange of potato/carrot/squash puree was a refreshing delight.

We loved Au Bourguignon du Marais and our server helped make the very most of our dinner, we really appreciated his kindness. Nothing was overseasoned or overcooked, everything was as good as we hoped it would be - the melon gazpacho, the escargot, soupe, Boeuf Bourguignon and the wine!!! Desserts were also delicious. Can’t wait to visit again!

Our waiter, Paul, was fantastic. He helped us navigate the menu, spoke to some of us in French (at our request) and others in english (at their request). He clearly loves his job connecting with people and serving them well. The creme brulee was the best we've had and the onion sop, boeuf bourgignon and burgers were amazing. So highly recommend!!

We ordered the lunch special which includes starters, main plate, and dessert for 30 Euros. They were all fantastic! Full flavors but not too salty or sweet. Our waiter was so nice and accommodating. We will definitely come back here again!

The boeuf bourguignon and the profiteroles were divine!! Absolutely worth the visit. We also had the escargot and the tartare, quite lovely. Would definitely come back for the bourguignon.
