Dear Team, we came to visit Au Bourguignon du Marais for my husbands 38th birthday and we were not disappointed. We ate all over the city from in the dark to stalls and this was our favourite. The onion soup was amazing as was the Bourguignon... We also had the salmon, fresh with seasonal garnish. The team were lovely too. We will be back next time! :)

The house speciality is amazing, and worth the visit alone. Snails in garlic butter also good. Onion soup a little salty and service was a bit cold to start with. Whilst I understand the wine menu is 100% Burgundian, unfortunately for me this meant I had little choice.

We had an extraordinary dinner last Dec 31st. The food was great. Traditional Burgundy recipes well executed and abundant. The service was really caring and kind. And the tables with enough space to feel comfortable, something quite odd in Paris. A place to keep for our next visit for sure
