Food was good, I liked the lamb burgers but they should have indicated they were 2 mini burgers, plus I didn't taste a lot the tzatziki sauce. For the price, I think the portion was small.

The food tasted good; however, the service was disappointing. We ordered a chicken sandwich but were served a much more expensive chicken main course instead. When we pointed out the mistake, the waiter refused to acknowledge it and insisted we pay the higher price. The explanation given—that our menu was open on the main course page—was not acceptable, as the order should have been confirmed. Overall, the experience was frustrating due to poor service and lack of accountability.

Nice bites, best signature cocktails ever, especially The SBM is my favorite! Great service and very good Ambiance. It is a bit Dark inside and when the Sun is shining outside, it still looks very dark. Maybe this can be changed a bit during the summer evenings

First impression of the restaurant is definitely a solid one. Interior has a stylish authentic yet raw vibes. The service was very friendly, at the end it only got slow by receiving our bill. Due to an appointment we eventually walked to the counter to pay there instead. Food looked very well presented and had an overall good taste. The glazed mushroom felt a bit too much on the sweet sugarcoated side tho.

Nice atmosphere. Service was keen but maybe a little inexperienced. One of our dishes came out cold. We sent it back to get warmed it up. It came back roughly to same temperature. Overall the food was good and the service solid.

Ayla has the shared dining concept, which was great… and what we had was all very tastefull… The interior design was also cozy… waiters all nice… sone of them english speaking… whatelse is new nowadays in a city as 010 is…!!! Ambiance great….

Service was quite slow, we had to hunt down the waiter to order additional drinks and ask for the dessert menu. However they were only with 2 people on the floor and 1 behind the bar so it seems like a staffing issue.

The food at this restaurant was really tasty, and the menu has some great options. But service needs improvement. We had booked through The Fork with a discount, and as soon as the staff realized that, their attitude noticeably changed. We waited around 25 minutes just to order our first drinks, and the service stayed slow and inattentive throughout the evening. It’s a shame, because the kitchen clearly knows what they’re doing, but the way guests are treated shouldn’t depend on how they booked their table. Good food, but disappointing service. Not sure I’d return.

The food was delicious and beautifully presented, but what truly made the experience special was the staff — everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. You can tell they really care about making you feel at home. The food is absolutely worth the full price, so if you happen to catch a discount, consider yourself lucky!

Great food, great blend of flavors, serving staff was also phenomenal. Everything well explained and allergies taken into consideration. Will definitely return,

Great place to eat. I was surprised by how good the burrata flatbread sandwich was. Highly recommend it! Pataata bravas was average though, could be nicer if better spiced up or sauced up. Overall good location and good food. Would go again just for the sandwich!
