Service was quite slow, we had to hunt down the waiter to order additional drinks and ask for the dessert menu. However they were only with 2 people on the floor and 1 behind the bar so it seems like a staffing issue.

The food at this restaurant was really tasty, and the menu has some great options. But service needs improvement. We had booked through The Fork with a discount, and as soon as the staff realized that, their attitude noticeably changed. We waited around 25 minutes just to order our first drinks, and the service stayed slow and inattentive throughout the evening. It’s a shame, because the kitchen clearly knows what they’re doing, but the way guests are treated shouldn’t depend on how they booked their table. Good food, but disappointing service. Not sure I’d return.

The food was delicious and beautifully presented, but what truly made the experience special was the staff — everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. Great place to eat. I was surprised by how good the burrata flatbread sandwich was. Highly recommend it! Pataata bravas was average though, could be nicer if better spiced up or sauced up. Overall good location and good food. Would go again just for the sandwich!

Ayla is an amazing restaurant with an unique take on shared dining, especially with the mix of Oriental and Mediterranean influences in their menu. we loved the different dishes, the service was fast and excellent, and they know how to keep a cool head in busy circumstances. Ayla is definitely a restaurant to visit again!

Good wine (Rioja), and food tasted great. But the best thing was the service, the waiter (guy with the short haircut). Very friendly, funny and fast.
