Ayla has the shared dining concept, which was great… and what we had was all very tastefull… The interior design was also cozy… waiters all nice… sone of them english speaking… whatelse is new nowadays in a city as 010 is…!!! Ambiance great….

Service was quite slow, we had to hunt down the waiter to order additional drinks and ask for the dessert menu. However they were only with 2 people on the floor and 1 behind the bar so it seems like a staffing issue.

The food at this restaurant was really tasty, and the menu has some great options. But service needs improvement. We had booked through The Fork with a discount, and as soon as the staff realized that, their attitude noticeably changed. We waited around 25 minutes just to order our first drinks, and the service stayed slow and inattentive throughout the evening. It’s a shame, because the kitchen clearly knows what they’re doing, but the way guests are treated shouldn’t depend on how they booked their table. Good food, but disappointing service. Not sure I’d return.
