8/10The restaurant didn’t have our reservation, and we almost got sent away. They blamed the fork, and indirectly us for booking through the fork. It was pretty offensive and they should have instead apologised for not having their things in order, and not blame the client. Booked it a week before and confirmed on the day itself. Not a good way to start the evening and the manager of the restaurant was clearly stressed out. The reception of the hotel was also pretty cold and had a hard to time to produce a smile. Other than that, the food, albeit in the expensive side, is of really good quality and the staff in the restaurant are friendly and work well.
