8.5/10Distinguished looking restaurant, good food and quite sufficient wine list. Ambience is typical venetian. It has two kocations , opposite to each other. Service is ok, through toward end of season tiu can see and feel that there patience is less. They are alle dressed well and i guess expect also wel being customers with big tip ...

7.5/10For a well located restaurant with great service and nice ambience, the food was a major disappointment. The burrata salad could not have been more bland with unripe and soggy tasteless tomatoes at the height of tomato season. And the spaghetti vongole was composed of what appeared and tasted like frozen clams in a city with a phenomenal reputation for fresh seafood. Even the limoncello was low grade. It was such a letdown for our highly anticipated late meal on our way home from the Venice Film Festival. We don’t understand the high ratings. They are not deserved—at least they were not for us.

10/10Very creative food that was fresh and well prepared. Staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly and spoke very god English. The tempura king prawn primi dish was amazing. Great crunchy start to the meal. We enjoyed a delicious T bone steak that was brought to us while sizzling on a hot iron skillet and finished cooking it on the tabletop. This was a fun touch, and the beef was very god quality, tender and nicely marbled. The desserts were all great - haven’t had a finer tiramisu during my 8 night stay in Venice. This place is a gem - and reasonably priced. Highly recommended with no reservations and highest compliments to the top notch staff.

7.5/10The food was lovely, and the setting is quiet and ambient. However we felt the staff were quite pushy, bringing the card machine and asking for a tip at the of the meal. We did have a lovely meal and they were able to cater for my coeliac daughter, although I’m not sure I’d go back here.

10/10This spot was one of the true highlights of our trip to Venice. The food and wine were incredible and the service was kind and friendly. The setting is a beautiful quaint location on a gorgeous winding street. Highlights of the meal included a pasta with local artichokes and a Franciacorta wine we loved! We can't wait to come back!

10/10This was by far our favourite restaurant during our time in Venice. Unfortunately not with a view of the canals but apart from that it was perfect. It's in a quiet location, very pleasant place to sit in the evening, great ambience, surrounded by dimly lit greenery. On our stay in Venice we found most restaurants seem have either good food OR good service, this is the only place we felt had both. The service was brilliant & the food was amazing. I had the t-bone steak which was huge & cooked perfectly. My only negative point is being placed a little too close to the table next to us, like most restaurants they have squeezed as many tables in as they can. But if you arrive a little earlier than most like we did (6:30) it was only towards the end of our meal that the table next to us was used. Would definitely recommend & would definitely return if in Venice again.

10/10Amazing pasta dishes, very fresh seafood and fantastic and very service oriented staff. I never write a review but had to since we had an unforgettable experience thanks to everyone at the restaurant. Location is very accessible from San Marco Square yet in a very quiet neighborhood.

9.5/10Great food! Saw a review on you tube and it didn’t disappoint- excellent choices. My sons both had the lobster special of the day and I had grilled fish. My daughter truffle and cheese pasta which was out of this world. The breads were delicious too.

8/10Isolated from the crowded part of Venice, yet easy to find. Good wine list. We had homemade pasta with asparagus and prawns and gnoochi. Both quite good. Great tiramisu for the desert.

8/10The starters in first courses were delicious, but there seem to be no balance with the last courses, or any care put into the meat dishes. There was some problem with the kitchen where our dishes came from across the street so maybe that was the issue. I believe this would be a good place to eat when they reopen.
