Exquisite food and service

For a one-star Michelin, it is very surprising to experience such disappointing service. Service staff are not friendly and attentive. As for the food, it is nothing special or outstanding for the price. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Food was amazing. So was the service. Tables and chairs could be better. Overall, excellent experience!

Excellent service, amazing food and we loved the wines. A great attention to details in the cooking. Beautiful presentation and very original. Deserves truly one Michelin star.

+3The food was complex yet easy to eat, many surprises in each mouthful. Service was great and we appreciated the English explanations.

Worst dinner experience as my daughter was violently ill on eating dessert.. swollen lips and vomiting at the restaurant. Having both indicated a nut allergy on booking and telling the waiter at time of ordering of her allergy, she was still served a dessert made with almond flour! She could’ve died! Service was slow when we asked for the bill and coats so we could leave to seek medical treatment. They gave us a discount but entire meal should’ve been free! If we were American we probably would’ve sued! Given the prices, the food was pretty average. Vue de Monde in Melbourne is so much better.

+1We loved our visit at Baieta - great food and service.

Food and service was impeccable

Great service without being overly stuffy. Tables are too close to each other, but for the size of the dining room and the quality of the food it is understandable in order to be profitable. Great spot overall! Kudos to our French/Russian server (apologies but don’t remember his name) for a job well done.

Wonderful creative food with perfect service 😊

+1We had “Menu 5 temps” but we were served 4 dishes (not counting, as always happens, the pre-dessert). To count two desserts on a 5-course menu is simply unacceptable. Moreover, the “petit four” were only two instead of four (I know four means oven). The duck (third course) was far from special. The fried egg and the fish were outstanding, but from a young chef we honestly expected a lot more effort. Cherry on top, the bill was wrong. At least we were offered a glass of champagne for waiting 20 minutes at the front door past our reservation time. We reckon Michelin star in France as always happens is way more generous than rest of the world: this overall experience in a 1-star resto in Italy is unthinkable.

Excellent food and matching wine in the signature menu. Lovely staff.

Wonderful dishes. Everything had great flavors with a few surprises. The service was also great. Very attentive while not forcing us to move on to the next course at any certain time. The dining area is small and feels a little stuffy. Almost a formality to it. But, overall a great experience and well worth the time and cost.

Attentive service and creative and tasty food in an unpretentious setting.

+2We never been to an official Michelin starred establishment and were flashed. It was very tasty, creative, well rounded, diverse and we didn't leave hungry. Very happy and will return

Meal was a very good value for money. Extremely flavorful - loved the use of tangerine and chestnuts, topinambour/Jerusalem artichokes was very original. Meat was very good. We truly enjoyed the meal accompanied by Piper Heidsieck champagne. Service was very attention and timely despite the full house when we came on a Sunday.

Water was not topped up, main course for non meat eater was a single small endive cut in 2 in some brown chestnut sauce. Dessert was a hodge podge , no wonder server has to explain everything because you can't tell what they are! Flavourful yes, but that's all the sauces. We liked it before it got the Michelin star, ugh now. Really the worst meal we had in Paris.

The food was served at the wrong temperature. A part of the welcoming dish - nothing was exciting or precise.

The worst 1 star restaurant I have ever been to in 40 years. Poor service with food that varied from the unpalatable to the inedible. The cooking was so poorly conceived and executed, it is extraordinary this chef could have ever earned any positive recognition at all.

I was in Paris alone and wanted a beautiful dining experience. Baieta delivered on food, wine and service at a very reasonable price.

Food was ok main course was good, desert disappointing. A serious mistake with allergies that should not happen followed by clue less reaction. Tried to be nice and compensate.

The service and our waiter.. I forget his name but he speaks 4-5 languages. Impressive!

Very underwhelming after the expectations we had. No gluten free options for bread. And multiple repeat flavors. The cheese course had 2 goat cheese - did not even feel like they were trying to make an effort. There was a citrus/ sour flavor that was nice but too prevalent across multiple dishes.

It was much more than eating, we had an incredible gastronomic experience! The maître did an impeccable service and the harmonization of the wines with the dishes are to be applauded standing up!

Food was mainly good. A lot of negatives to say, sadly: waitress couldn't give a wine suggestion for the signature menu so we had to ask what's on the menu to choose a wine ourselves. Starters were good, but the main course was different than what was told. And it wasn't good. Just a piece of pork belly with cabbage, not a lot of taste. It was supposed to be duck breast. We had a feeling that duck had ran out and the pork was a quick and not so good alternative. It didn't meet the fine dining michelin standards. For the desserts, we were told there are two. We only got one and after that some house cookies. The tables on our side had one more dessert than us and we asked about it, we were told that the cookies were the second dessert. We also gave feedback about the pork, the waitress said that she is sorry we feel that way about the main course and that the first waitress shouldn't have told anything about the duck since it's a blind menu. IMO the dinner didn't meet michelin standards
