10/10Everything was incredible. Small, charming location with attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Incredibly patient with an American who speaks almost no French. Fantastic experience and well worth. The food was incredible. Also, they played the shout song - go Bills!

5.5/10Good was quite good but service was a let down. Our server didn’t even describe a few of the dishes as they came out and we ordered the set menu so we genuinely didn’t know what we were eating. He didn’t really engage with us at all. Ambience is not nice, very dull and they don’t play any background music. Bright lights too, just not very cozy.

4/10Michelin Standards Nowhere to Be Found I had incredibly high expectations visiting this Michelin-starred establishment, which makes this experience all the more disappointing. What should have been a memorable fine dining experience turned into a frustrating evening that left me questioning how this restaurant maintains its prestigious rating. The most serious issue was being served completely raw chicken - an unacceptable and potentially dangerous oversight in any restaurant, let alone one of this supposed caliber. When we brought this to the server’s attention, their response was shocking: they simply took the plate away without a word of acknowledgment, apology, or explanation. No manager came to address the situation, no replacement dish was offered, and there was complete radio silence about this major food safety violation. 9.5/10The food and the service were exquisite. The size of the room feels somewhat intimate and isn’t overly formal. And although every table was taken, it wasn’t particularly noisy. Each dish was beautiful to look at and tasted delicious. And we loved not knowing what was coming at each course. A wonderful dinner for a pre birthday celebration and last night in Paris. The only strange thing was that around 10.15/10.30pm, when there were fewer than half the tables still seated, they put the lights up a La English pub warning re Closing Time! This just seemed a little odd and out of character for a restaurant of this high level. Nevertheless I would still recommend Baieta highly to anyone living in or going to Paris. A great memory ❤️

10/10I’ve eaten at a number of Michelin restaurants around the world. This is one of the best! The complexity and effective use of counterpoint made every dish a delight. My wife is a pescatarian and they fluently substituted in a great portion to accommodate. Junior Baker’s service was exceptional! He expertly shepherded us through the menu and wines, enabling us to draw further value from a delightful experience!

4/10Our server was attentive and made a positive contribution to an otherwise disappointing evening. The food was disappointing to the degree that it was perhaps cynically designed to keep food costs to a minimum. We had the "signature menu" and were looking forward to being steeped in the flavours of southern France. The main "notes" of Provence were a preponderance of chickpeas and fennel in nearly every dish. The menu was not balanced and nor were the dishes. Technique triumphed over flavour. Especially disappointing was the "bouillabaisse" - three tiny pieces of beautiful, fresh fish smothered by a bouillon so over-reduced that it smothered the delicate flavours of the fish - a travesty.. Also disappointing was a small piece of veal and perhaps "fond de veau" which replaced the promised "La selle d’agneau" with no explanation. Is there no lamb in Paris in January? The wine pairings were mostly fine - excellent burgundies were a positive note in a cynical-feeling operation.

10/10The food , quality presentation and flavor was more than we expected and we dine out around the world often. The front of house staff were outstanding, nothing was a bother. The ambiance was very pleasant. On our next return to Paris we will visit again. Value for money was above expectations. The whole visit was a delight.

7/10Overall the food was good but not amazing. I would definitely be interested to come back and try another time. The service was a little slow but the food came out in good time. The servers were lovely, just a little slow to come to the table. The ambiance was fantastic, we were unlucky to get a very loud table next to us, otherwise the atmosphere in the restaurant was lovely.

10/10The food and service were great, and they made an effort to accommodate her celiac disease. However, she got miserably sick afterward. We suspect they made an error and gave her wheat flour bread. We think so because she got a beautiful bun, which she took a piece of, and a few minutes later the rest of us got buns that looked identical to hers. This was very disappointing, but I think it was an honest mistake.

10/10We had a super & intimate dining experience here, picking the 4 course tasting menu with flight of wines. The Mediterranean slant on the food was delicious and brilliantly executed. The fish course was most excellent….I can reimagine the flavours now! Very impressed with the style of this young talented chef! Well deserved Étoilé!

+1I recently had dinner at Baieta, and the overall experience was exceptional. The ambiance, service, and the courses leading up to dessert were outstanding. However, there was one disappointment, the grape sorbet. While the rest of the meal had set a high standard, the grape sorbet fell short. It lacked the intense flavor and balance that I had come to expect from a restaurant of this caliber. Despite this minor hiccup, the rest of the dining experience was truly memorable, and I would still recommend this restaurant for an extraordinary culinary journey.

8/10Second visit.First was probably the year they opened. Different experience but very nice. Did the lunnch 3 course menu , and choose the fish as main. Interesting to see the presentations. Started wit amuse bouch in a wooden box, 3 little oferings , very tasty. Then the starter , tomatoes, onions, spinach, fried shrimp on side? great flavors. Crusty bread with great olice oil. Fish was sublime, flaky with artichoke cream,, artichokes, etc. Again good flavours. Dessert cherries, figs,. vanilla ice crea, Had the wine pairing whuch was perfect..

3/10Hi I have posted a google review but essentiallly for a Michelin 1 star restaurant this one does not at all compare favourably with the many we have been to. Not worth it and in Paris plenty of other options

10/10Very innovative chef! We took the signature menu and were quite impressed. Excellent wine list fairly priced. The service was also impeccable. Highly recommended.
