9.5/10The food and the service were exquisite. The size of the room feels somewhat intimate and isn’t overly formal. And although every table was taken, it wasn’t particularly noisy. Each dish was beautiful to look at and tasted delicious. And we loved not knowing what was coming at each course. A wonderful dinner for a pre birthday celebration and last night in Paris. The only strange thing was that around 10.15/10.30pm, when there were fewer than half the tables still seated, they put the lights up a La English pub warning re Closing Time! This just seemed a little odd and out of character for a restaurant of this high level. Nevertheless I would still recommend Baieta highly to anyone living in or going to Paris. A great memory ❤️

10/10The food is amazing! I’ve been to other Michelin restaurants and this one is better than some. Eloise was attentive, polite, and really made it a pleasurable experience! I was lucky to have her!

10/10I’ve eaten at a number of Michelin restaurants around the world. This is one of the best! The complexity and effective use of counterpoint made every dish a delight. My wife is a pescatarian and they fluently substituted in a great portion to accommodate. Junior Baker’s service was exceptional! He expertly shepherded us through the menu and wines, enabling us to draw further value from a delightful experience!

4/10Our server was attentive and made a positive contribution to an otherwise disappointing evening. The food was disappointing to the degree that it was perhaps cynically designed to keep food costs to a minimum. We had the "signature menu" and were looking forward to being steeped in the flavours of southern France. The main "notes" of Provence were a preponderance of chickpeas and fennel in nearly every dish. The menu was not balanced and nor were the dishes. Technique triumphed over flavour. Especially disappointing was the "bouillabaisse" - three tiny pieces of beautiful, fresh fish smothered by a bouillon so over-reduced that it smothered the delicate flavours of the fish - a travesty.. Also disappointing was a small piece of veal and perhaps "fond de veau" which replaced the promised "La selle d’agneau" with no explanation. Is there no lamb in Paris in January? The wine pairings were mostly fine - excellent burgundies were a positive note in a cynical-feeling operation.
