Honestly, it’s been my favorite Lebanese restaurant for a while, but after COVID the quality of the food took a hit and hasn’t returned. We ate stale pita bread with our meal (was even lukewarm) and the Balila Signature pois chiche arrived late. Staff is very well trained and polite, place is super clean and well located. I just wish the chef would find the passion for cooking again. I’ll keep showing up with the hopes they come back to their previous standards.

I love Balila for the food! I’ve tried most of the dishes and I’m delighted by the flavors! But I do think service has an opportunity to improve. My friends and I had to remind the server more than three times what we ordered. In general it is a lovely place with great food!

Delicious food as always, great atmosphere- even if quite noisy today. Service was surprisingly bad, quite slow, had to ask twice for them to get our orders, brought the wrong wine, and brought the bill before we asked for it. I must clarify that I come here often and service had always been good.
