Restaurant has a great location. And very good ambience. But it had poor service. Menu was not well explained, food was terrible, breads were cold, and it was not value for money.

I love Balila for the food! I’ve tried most of the dishes and I’m delighted by the flavors! But I do think service has an opportunity to improve. My friends and I had to remind the server more than three times what we ordered. In general it is a lovely place with great food!

The food was excellent (possibly the best Lebanese restaurant in Geneva), the ambiance was cozy and elegant, and the service was outstanding (our waiter, Anilson, was very kind). Highly recommend!
