I am very very disappointed I have gone to the trouble of making a reservation as it was for my sons 18th birthday we got there I explained I had booked they said no need we have tables I then explained that it was a birthday assuming they would do something for him when I got desert but no not a thing food came out wrong staff very rude I wouldn’t recommend this place at all very very disappointed as it was a big birthday

One of the best steaks I’ve ever had. The staff were very attentive and the atmosphere was very welcoming. We were there 2 nights ago and went back with our friends tonight. None was disappointed. First class food and service.

The venue itself is lovely. The majority of the staff were lovely, apart from the older manager in the white shirt, he let the whole team down by his negative welcoming and vibes. Two of us asked for medium fillet steak , it basically came out raw, inedible. Was not an enjoyable experience. Any restaurant beside Bank had far better food and better service. Wouldn't recommend. If you want a steak go else where.

We were seated promptly. Ordered drinks took ages to finally arrive the same time as our food. Food was just warm (I know it is an outside dining setting) however it was just about warm, we mentioned this and they offered to reheat under the grill but we just said to leave it, as I asked for well done it was NOT well done so left about 1/4 of my steak behind have eaten here before but tonight was a huge disappointment.

service and food better than expected. Steaks have no weight on menu which is needed as you can opt for standard or xxl . waiters need to know promotions resturant offer ie fork discount. My biggest disappointment was the toilets they are disgusting.

The ribeye steak came dry and cold, the “salad” that was meant to come with the steak was minimal and the service could have been better in terms of attention to orders.
