First time was exceptional! So, we couldn’t wait to return. Tonight, we went back but it was not the same. They were short staffed and there must have been a different chef! The zuppa di cozze e vongole came without crostoni and it was barely warm. No one ever came back after taking our order to check on us, to give us more water, or to offer condiments for the insalata mista that came with wilted, old greens only. Although the spigola al sale was moist and delicious, it took more than 15 minutes from when it was presented to us until the staff could make time to fillet it and serve it. By then, it was no longer hot! Not sure which of our two experiences was more typical, but this one was certainly disappointing.
