We were looking for the top rated pizza in Marseille and Basilic did not disappoint. The pizzas are not typical and very creative and it was fun to experiment and do pizza Marseille-style. I loved my pizza with tiny raviolis on it (I mean tiny). My less adventurous friend ordered a Margarita and thought it was exceptional.

Pizza is one of my favorite foods and the pizza here was among the best I've ever had! We also ordered the focaccia stuffed with chorizo and cheese, like a thin calzone, the family loved it! I had one of the best French beers that I've ever tasted (De Sassenage) , light and crisp. Highly recommend if you like great, thin crust, pizza.
